泡芙人防彈咖啡一週成果： -1KG ，精神變好、不容易餓、願意繼續

身為一個資深泡芙人，因為脂肪多、肌肉少減脂速度都比別人慢上許多，也更需要注重的「飲食控制」啊。最近大家都在瘋＃生酮飲食 和 ＃防彈咖啡，無意間讓我產生興趣，進而嘗試一個禮拜「低糖飲食＋防彈咖啡」我覺得精神比較好、不容易餓也不會睡前想吃宵夜，原本以為是錯覺（或是對這樣飲食，期待過度正面）。但結束一週實驗我就吃了碗泡麵，結果就覺得很疲憊、想睡，而且沒多久就餓了啦，這就是所謂的「沒有比較，就沒有傷害」嗎XDDD


什麼是防彈咖啡

防彈咖啡是矽谷工程師戴夫亞斯普雷（Dave Asprey），以西藏居民飲用的酥油茶為本，研發出的能量供給飲品，喝了彷彿有有刀槍不入的效果，而取名防彈咖啡。

喝法為以現沖咖啡(或 80%可可、無糖紅茶、無糖奶茶），加入草飼牛奶油和椰子油，取代傳統早餐中的醣類（碳水化合物），在無醣的狀況下，身體只好燃脂。

防彈咖啡吃法：「早餐只喝防彈咖啡後就不再進食，至少 6 小時後再進食，接下來午、晚餐都可以正常吃。」

 

我的防彈一週食譜

以前我一但知道了新的減肥方式，只想急著知道成效、或如何實行，對於其原理一概不想了解XDDD

一開始都是發下豪語，但不到兩個月厭倦了總是那樣吃、或是限制太多，所以每每都是虎頭蛇尾的結束，當然體重也總是回彈（就不是仙女的體質啊）。

所以，這次我想改變。

除了防彈咖啡外，還近一步了解「生酮飲食」的原理（後面會提我對生酮看法），但最重要的是「抱持快樂愉快的心情且依喜歡方式來做」。

 

所以這一週我是這樣吃的，期間也有一場工作、兩場朋友聚餐、一次朋友約烤肉。

基本上重點就是早餐除了防彈咖啡外，其他兩餐不吃精緻澱粉，並以富含油質的食物作為主食，如果真的吃了當天或隔天會運動。

一週心得與總結：

  • 顆顆：體重 -1KG\體脂 -0.9%； 阿湯哥：體重 -2.2 KG\體脂 -1%
  • 體重和體脂肪都是波動的，雖然上上下下但看得出來緩降。
  • 第一、第二日喝完防彈咖啡，覺得頭有點暈，但後來幾天比較適應了。
  • 我沒遵照防彈咖啡標準喝法，而是挑適合自己的做。
  • 這樣的飲食、睡眠、運動菜單，對我來說剛剛好，精神度是前所未有的好。
  • 不少生酮菜單都看起來很美味，讓我知道重點是挑好油，而不是怕吃油。
  • 菜色選擇多元，每天也很期待煮菜，此時才發現外食真花錢（老媽子口吻）。

 

雖然我這人好像就是喜歡長篇大論，不論粉絲團還是文章都漏漏等（台），但還好你們都可以耐心閱讀完，哈哈哈哈～那接下來就是看圖說故事，來看看我這週菜單吃的份量和閒聊吧。

— DAY1–

防彈咖啡、溫泉蛋

防彈咖啡最重要就是咖啡來源，比較推薦的是「莊園級咖啡」或「濾掛咖啡」。

如果省略種種繁複的咖啡設備，追求簡單又方便。顆顆蠻推薦用 Mr. Clever 外型與手沖濾杯相似，讓人可以短短幾分鐘就可沖一杯頗有水準的咖啡。

泡菜也是好市多買的，牌子我忘記了，但就是兩袋一裝，還蠻好吃的。

朋友生子送的油飯真是好吃啊（碳水化合物的美好）（遠目）

以前收到都覺得困擾，但這次轉換心態「覺得再搭配自己的煮的青菜，比例分配一下就好」。

工作之餘的小確幸，都是自己做的甜點和輕食哦，尤其紅酒最迷人（喂）。

與朋友聚會特意選清清淡淡的火鍋，沒點附餐、沒吃火鍋料。

我們只有買一片啦，沒有畫面中那麼多，然後我大概吃了 1/4 吧。

甜味主要來自桂圓，非常真材實料、老闆也很熱情哦，在新竹內灣的「陽光倉庫」。


豬五花、羊排、辣牛肉湯

剛好烤肉安排在防彈實驗最後一日，不過這次烤肉我們都是自己準備，也都沒沾醬，只有辣牛肉湯是韓國帶回來的湯包。

防彈咖啡真的會減脂又減重嗎

喝了一週防彈咖啡我覺得只是生酮飲食的一種呈現方式，讓平常沒有吃那麼多油脂的人，可以藉由像是飲料一樣的攝取比較多油。

很多人說無法接受咖啡加入奶油或椰子油的味道，但如前面所說咖啡只是一種「載體」，是不是咖啡並不重要，選擇你喜歡的口感即可。

從結果來看確實有：「減脂又減重」，但我認為原因是：

  • 少吃精緻的碳水化合物
  • 攝取較多好的油質
  • 兩天一次有氧運動
  • 每日喝水 2000
  • 儘量 24:00 前睡

再暸解防彈咖啡前，建議大家先了解自己的身體與生酮飲食

因為開始「一週的防彈咖啡」，所以順便研究了最近討論很高的生酮飲食。

我相信照著吃一定可以瘦很快，一天只攝取 50 g 碳水化合物（等於所有澱粉和水果都不能吃），油脂的攝取要 80 g。而且試驗期間就發現光是食材就不好找，很多只有在機商店有，加上參考了不少健身教練、醫生和營養師的說法。

我的結論是「真正生酮飲食對我來說太激烈了，我不認為一週後我還會想繼續。」

想當然，如果沒繼續，應該就會胖回來了吧。

雖然我也認同好的油質對身體是好的，碳水化合物吃過量容易變胖這幾點。

只是真的覺得「與其照本宣科，倒不如找到適合自己的飲食方式。」，畢竟以前為了健身吃了兩個月的雞胸肉，後來厭倦體脂又回彈後，讓我覺得找一條能走長久的路，比一時瘦得快來的有用多了。
