在父母都熱衷運動的家庭氛圍中，湯包也算是耳濡目染，認識了「空中瑜伽」、「鋼管」和「攀岩」等等的運動項目；對阿湯哥而言，在他攀岩兩年歲月中一直都在等待著湯包長大，能帶他體驗看看攀岩這項運動，剛好滿 3y9m 的這天正逢國慶連假，沒去觀光景點飯店湊熱鬧的我們一家，來到攀岩館想著讓湯包體驗看看「人生中值得紀念的第一次攀岩/抱石」。
因為前一天玩得蠻累的，一開始湯包對於要換鞋很抗拒，一直嚷著說：「我不要」。
我就抱著湯包，跟他說
：「沒關係，你很累的話就上去睡覺也沒關係，媽媽上次也有在上面的墊子睡覺，很舒服哦、很好睡。」
就這樣抱著他到了 攀岩館的二樓（專門針對幼童/兒童教學的練習區）讓他拿出他喜歡的車車玩，然後阿湯哥熟識的攀岩館館員可能也很常教小朋友，很明白小朋友需要靠引導、鼓勵，立刻從旁邊的房間拿出瑜伽球讓湯包玩。
一開始湯包就躺在墊子上玩車車，若有似無的看著阿湯哥在旁邊玩抱石。
剛好兒童教學區的抱石牆面的石頭有數字「1~9」和「手」、「月亮」等形狀，就這樣邊玩瑜伽球、賽跑，某個瞬間阿湯哥帶著湯包看有哪些石頭後，湯包忽然變得有興趣想要爬看看。
這時候才跟他說：「想要爬的話要穿鞋哦，不然腳會痛。」
這時候的湯包，沒有一開始的反抗，後來爬了一小階獲得我們的鼓勵後，偷偷露出得意的表情，哈。
但要他往上爬時，他有點怕怕的，說：「我會怕摔下來」
阿湯哥說：「爸爸在後面保護你。」
他變得勇敢一點，爸爸也教他下來時怎麼安全墜落，似乎越來越有興趣，但就是玩車車一下、再攀岩個幾分鐘。

但以第一次這樣，我覺得就已經很棒了，很為他驕傲。
經過這次攀岩體驗，我跟阿湯哥忽然間對他「吃飯愛吃不吃」這件事情有點釋懷。
因為從攀岩人的角度來看「瘦長反而是優勢」XDDDD
加上他真的餓和遇到喜歡吃的，吃得也沒在客氣，想想可能真的是隨了我的歪嘴雞的胃，我媽聽我說湯包愛吃不吃，立刻說：「妳小時候也是這樣！！！」，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，笑死。
