低碳飲食三週後開始有點小嘴饞了，大概是雨天的關係吧（鬼扯），所以外食雖然不多，但偶爾會想來杯飲料和冰啊，哈哈哈好煩哦，不過我們做大事的人（？）目光要放遠一點，偶爾破戒這樣才能長遠的維持下去，低碳飲食第 4 彈食譜依舊走簡單好懂路線，畢竟你們也知道我不是善於料理的人嘛。
柳汁煎培根 （2-4人份/15分鐘）
- 食材：1/2 柳丁、1/4 洋蔥、4 片培根、2.5 克奶油
- 做法：將柳丁擠汁放置在一旁等候。熱鍋後放入奶油、洋蔥，最後再放入培根，等培根有點縮起來後再加入剛擠的柳丁轉小火讓培根慢慢收汁，及完成。
- 適合回家想快速吃飯的人。
柳丁搭配後有種酸酸甜甜的口感，讓人很迷戀，就算只是個簡單的配菜，也覺得很幸福。
柳丁起司燉牛肉 （2-4人份/30分鐘）
- 食材：1.5 顆柳丁、1/2 洋蔥、2 條糯米椒、10 朵洋菇、1/3 紅蘿蔔、2 片起司、3 顆蒜 、 200 克牛肋條
- 做法：熱鍋後將牛肉放入逼出油、牛肉表皮變色後即可拿起來一旁備著。接著依序放入洋蔥、蒜頭、糯米椒爆香，等待洋蔥變得軟嫩一點即可依序丟入：紅蘿蔔、洋菇，再放入牛肉，最後丟入柳丁，燉煮結束要起鍋時再撒上起司即完成。
- 適合帶便當、週末才有空的忙碌上班族。
後來發現加入柳丁後牛肉會變得比較快熟，所以燉煮時間可以大幅縮短 10-15 分鐘！
前面嘗試過好幾次燉煮同時加入起司，也會發現牛肉口感變得比較柴一點，推薦想吃軟嫩牛肉，又和顆顆一樣迷戀起司的朋友，一定要最後再來放哦。
自製醃火腿 （4-6人份/ 50 小時）
- 食材：600 克梅花里肌豬排（好市多）、義大利香料 30 克、迷迭香 20 克、鹽 30 克
- 做法：先將梅花里肌肉按摩，然後將香料和鹽撒入後均勻塗抹，就可以放到冰箱出風口讓肉風乾 48 小時。取出後，即可舒肥 58℃ 2 小時即完成。
- 適合帶便當、週末才有空的忙碌上班族。
因為豬肉舒肥後還沒有全熟，加上沒有添加防腐劑，所以建議要 3-5 日內食用完畢。
我醃製後的火腿都會搭配炒或燉煮來料理，尤其推薦搭配燉白菜啊啊啊，那味道真的是上天堂啊（老王賣瓜），我下一篇會介紹做法哦，請稍微等待我一下吧，啾咪。
