早就聽說神戶牛的美味，但身在台灣其實很少有機會可以品嚐，哈，既然來到產地當然還是要挑選經濟實惠的，有次翻旅遊書上介紹著從震災後重生的 Monami 西餐廳老闆一家，災後舉家從阪神搬到大阪，現在就隱身在空堀商店街內，一份神戶牛漢堡比臉還大，套餐才賣 $1250円！光看這樣都偷偷為老闆擔心是否在做賠錢生意？但老闆的用意是希望回饋當初對他伸出援手的顧客，所以寧願薄利多銷，也因此不少日本美食節目都報導或採訪過，來的也幾乎都是老客人。這間這麼擁有故事性的 Monami ，吃起來究竟是什麼樣的感覺呢？一起來看看這篇食記吧。
老實說空堀商店街內就連下午商店也都冷冷清清，也難怪大多數觀光客都不知道這裡藏著間，超高 CP 值的「神戶牛漢堡排店」啊。

因為提早到了，附近也沒什麼好逛的，就到旁邊的小公園坐著閒聊，哈。
一直到快 17:30 才看到有店員進出，老闆雖然走沈默派，但是默默拿出電暖爐出來給我們，雖然在商店街裡面也不會太冷，但是覺得很貼心。
Monami 前幾年還有賣中午和晚上，不過現在已經只剩下晚餐時段了。
店內空間不大沒多久就滿座，有的看起來真的是常客還會一個人前來坐吧台區跟老闆聊天。
冰櫃裡面擺著全都是牛肉啊，雖然知道是牛肉後內心默默覺得超酷也好期待！
但老實說看到第一秒其實是聯想到恐怖片裡的藏屍櫃…XDD
店內的菜單全都是日文無圖片，所以憑著旅遊書上面詢問老闆，老闆就說招牌就是，藍色男性那區的「神戶牛漢堡排」套餐，至少有 180 g 份量的神戶牛！可真是大成本！
這樣才 $1250 円 太誇張了啦！在台灣可是吃不到這個價錢啊！
店內到處都是美食節目的採訪照或新聞報導，報導中的老闆很看起來青壯年，雖然經過時光的洗禮已變得中年，但一樣意氣風發，並且沈默的發帥！
原本以為只有神戶牛漢堡排，沒想到老闆還招待我們一大盤和風沙拉，而且還很好吃。
雖然店裡的每一位服務人員都很忙，但服務絲毫不馬虎，等我們吃完了莎拉才上漢堡排。
不過份量根本不是菜單上說的 120g ！完全超過啊啊啊啊啊，跟我臉一樣大的漢堡排！太扯了！
迫不急待切下一塊來嚐嚐，口感相較於一般常見的厚實，倒是比較鮮嫩多汁中帶著扎實的神戶牛獨特的口感與香氣，一口咬下肉汁會漸漸化開，而且也不會很油膩。
除了昂貴的神戶牛作為漢堡排外，老闆還在底下藏著一隻炸蝦和馬鈴薯，依這樣的份量不要說我一個小女子的胃都炸了，連阿湯勾都飽到一個不行啊～
喔對了，其實還附一碗飯XD
最後還附上小水果，讓大家解解膩，是新鮮的甜橙，非常爽口多汁。
最後的水果是由台灣來日本打工度假的年輕人幫我們上的，後來還跟我們小聊幾句，他很意外在這邊遇到台灣人，哈，畢竟他說這間 Monami 很少觀光客會來，雖然因為店內很忙碌只有小小的聊上兩句，但在別的國家遇到台灣人還是覺得備感親切，同時也帶著感謝，謝謝他們願意照顧我們台灣人（笑）。
最後當然要總結一下心得， Monami 唯一的缺點就是油煙有點重，吃完身上都是味道。
不過份量真的超多，不怕吃不飽，除了有多汁好吃的神戶牛漢堡排，還有招待沙拉和水果，真是超乎想像的划算啊，而且漢堡一口咬下肉汁四溢的美味真的讓人覺得很享受，實在是非常推薦！
還有網友推薦可以吃吃看他們的「Sepcial set」就是牛排+漢堡排套餐組合，滿滿都是肉，吃起來一定會很滿足（笑）
