在來到大阪前看到很多人在討論長崎蜂蜜蛋糕，除了好吃的讓人回味之外，也因為可以常溫攜帶，成為不少人伴手禮的好選擇。最常被討論的就是「福砂屋」和「長崎堂」，因為《長崎堂》心齋橋本店就在心齋橋附近的巷弄內，所以決定先嚐嚐看這已經擁有 90 餘年的歷史，以擁有 400 年歷史長崎蛋糕打響名號的傳統風味！心齋橋本店有經過整修，濃郁的現代日式風味中帶著一股古樸的味道，裡面除了是販售店面，同時也可以選擇內用，作為下午時光片刻休息確實非常靜謐且舒適喔。

原本打算外帶的我們，看到可以內用享用，剛好在心齋橋一帶逛街逛到腿都炸了，也就決定改用內用了。
菜單有中文版本的，所以就算不用介紹也非常容易一目了然（笑）
內用菜單很簡單，就是招牌的「赤米饅頭」和「長崎蛋糕」，還有咖啡和紅茶可以選擇。
店內裝潢有種靜謐的舒適，加上空間不大所以只有放置兩張 2 人座位的桌椅。
因為店內還有一對老太太在用餐，怕拍照打擾他們，所以我們就沒拍店內了。
「赤米饅頭」顧名思義就是用赤米磨碎後加入山藥後，再蒸製而成。
一旁放著讓人驚艷的「彩虹碎片」和「crystal bon bon」作為點綴，看起來彩虹灑落一樣真的非常夢幻～
黑咖啡喝起來也不會過於酸澀，溫潤的口感喝起來讓人舒適醒神。
阿湯哥點飲料是紅茶，還有附帶檸檬片，紅茶味道也很不錯，香醇的茶香帶點甜味芬芳。
長崎蛋糕吃起來比想像中的扎實，有點點近似饅頭的口感，咬下一口可以咀嚼好些時候，此時蜂蜜香和蛋糕的層次味道會慢慢在嘴中綻放。
（不過因為我們比較喜歡軟綿的口感，所以覺得和想像中不太一樣。）
桌上擺著一顆顆結晶的紅糖，看起來好精緻，加入茶中也不會過甜膩，只有淡淡的紅糖芬芳喔。
其實覺得吃的東西真的很主觀，因為老實說《長崎堂》的長崎蛋糕滋味是好的，但口感上還是比較習慣台灣的軟綿滋味，所以並不那麼偏愛。
但咬下一口確實可以感受到那扎實度和用心！如果不確定自己會不會喜歡他們家蛋糕的朋友，會推薦可以在店內先享用，吃過後喜歡再外帶回去當伴手禮喔～
