真心覺得我的身體完全是台灣人體質，在台灣三不五時就吃鹹酥雞、雞排和珍奶都安然無恙，但去日本連吃三日冷食就會覺得渾身不對，這狀況就像一出了機場迎接我的 -5 度北海道，讓我覺得要凍死在路邊了，恨不得立刻找間熱呼呼的火鍋來暖暖身子。雖然說這次在來北海道前，我們夫妻倆都忙到要被鬼抓走，但我還是很機靈的又先預定飯店附近的（札幌かに家）長腳蟹套餐，讓我們傍晚抵達飯店後走路約 2 分鐘就可以溫暖我們的胃啦。
因為這次飛北海道是清晨就出發，抵達飯店時已經下午 5 點左右，經過一日的奔波早就已經餓得飢腸轆轆了。
真心覺得如果心臟跟我們一樣大膽，出發前行程零安排，但千萬一定要記得「開通網路」和「預定第一餐」哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。
至少兩個人不會在餓得要死的情況下，在街頭徘徊不知何去何從，像我這種血糖低就會暴怒的低EQ人，深知自己的罩門，為了讓婚姻維持和諧假象（？），出發前就預定好了啦。

其實在日本，不會講日文的觀光客還蠻容易碰到軟釘子的。
顆顆自己就遇到過不少次，像：一開始還說歡迎光臨，但發現我們說英文後就說餐廳已經預定全滿。或是明明表達聽不懂日文，但服務員還是持續講日文，好像多講幾遍我就會懂一樣XD。
所以，為了彼此好（？）事先預訂確定方案，大家都可以免於尷尬囉。
經過確認了訂位大名，就引導我們搭乘電梯前往「偕樂殿」。
從電梯出來後就有一位穿著和服的服務人員，引導我們進入這個有著濃厚日式的房間。
也不用擔心手忙腳亂，服務人員慢慢的依照順序上菜。
先為我們提供了前菜讓飢餓的我們不用痴痴等候螃蟹鍋，前菜精緻、口味也很清爽。
尤其特別喜歡豆腐那道，除了在佐賀的平川屋吃過純手工所製那種純粹又精緻的口感外，第二次吃到就是這裡了，像是畫龍點睛般的調味，有種溫暖人心的力量，讓人在 -5 度的北海道格外覺得舒適。
貼心的服務人員會觀察我們吃飯的進度，在恰當適時的時候將下一道為我們送上。
（我們夫妻倆很懼怕不管我們怎麼吃，一直猛送菜的店家，會讓桌子和我們都變得雜亂無比。）
無需動手苦惱著要怎麼才能讓松葉蟹（長腳蟹）變得美味，因為這些服務人員都一手包辦。
熟練的依照順序放下食材，讓鮮甜的蔬果與高湯經由火候融為一體，再放入北海道盛產的長腳蟹。
真心覺得吃火鍋最幸福的就是看到滾起來的那一瞬間，白色的泡沫夾帶著我們的期待。
早就聽朋友說來北海道絕對要吃螃蟹，這裡不僅因為盛產而格外新鮮，在台灣貴到不行的帝王蟹在這的價位顯得親民不少。
新鮮甘甜的長腳蟹吃起來讓人好幸福呢，蟹腳濃郁的香味就連吃完依舊讓人口齒留香，真是很值得回味的美味啊。
因為蟹腳太過於美味了，食慾像是激起的滔天巨浪，原本一度還想再點一盤螃蟹來享用。
但接續的年糕口感軟綿和緩了食慾的渴望（笑）。
幸福的結束了年糕這和緩節奏，最後的重頭戲就是「雜炊」囉。
將煮熟的日本米放入剛剛煮過長腳蟹的高湯中，等候火候將湯汁吸乾幾乎不見時，才撒上蛋和細緻的蔥花。
野炊的份量大概是 6 人份，原本心裡想頂多吃個一碗吧（畢竟我們在減少澱粉攝取）。
沒想到因為這滋味過於美味，加上海苔絲和七味粉實在太促進食慾，連我這個 xxs 小鳥胃的人也吃了三碗啊。
最後附上水果，就全部的餐點結束囉。
在冷颼颼的國家就是應該要來一點酒（喂）
我跟阿湯哥一致認同 札幌かに家 是道地傳統風味的長腳蟹鍋，每道精緻、舒適的空間、無微不至的服務，確實很適合作為日本的第一餐。
