說到大阪美食第一個直覺想到的就是以大阪作為命名的「大阪燒」，選了網路上一片好評的《美津のお好み焼き》一方面就在道頓堀非常便利，加上又是已經營業超過 60 個年頭的老品牌，讓流氓夫妻相當好奇想要嚐嚐，但想要享受這傳統的大阪燒，如果不是在開店前排隊，通常還得排上個 20-30 分鐘才能吃到呢。傳統的大阪滋味就如同大阪人給人印象一般熱情濃郁，搭配獨創的山芋燒熱量較低，很受女性朋友歡迎，相對的價格也比較中高一點呢。
其實我們原本提早到道頓堀附近，不過就想著還有點時間就逛了個街，沒想到一晃眼就 11 點了，抵達《美津のお好み焼き》就變成要排隊了，哈。

不過排隊人龍雖然不長，但因為店小所以可以容納的人數真的還蠻有限的，前面排 3 組人大概就要等 20 分鐘喔。
在等候的同時有個會講中文的店員，將菜單提供給我們，上面雖然沒有圖片，但有中文，不用擔心看不懂。

一樓區域狹長，幾乎大家都是肩併著肩坐著。
先前的點餐會由服務人員已經交給師傅了，所以也不用再重新點餐一次，這點覺得很貼心。
「可樂 $365円」和「(濃縮)柳橙汁 $365円」
而師傅們也忙進忙出著，準備食材，白白的那一碗就是山芋燒的材料。
而師傅會一個一個做，首先是「山芋大阪燒/海鮮組合 $2520円」
我選的都是海鮮類，有帆立貝、蝦和魷魚，整個超豐富的！
師傅會故意煎得表皮有點焦焦的，吃起來會特別脆口。
最後再淋上特製的醬汁和美乃滋，就可以開動啦。
醬料部分師傅都會詢問，所以當然也可以選擇不要嚕。
原本以為醬料是比較鹹中帶點高湯的濃郁感，但其實搭配上美乃滋會有種鹹中帶酸的味道，感覺非常特別！
山芋燒的部分口感吃起來比較酥軟爽口，難怪這麼受女孩們喜歡！
（謎之音：但老實說這醬汁熱量這麼高，山芋燒熱量再低好像也沒什麼用啊….）
另外點了一道很多人推薦的「蔥燒美津乃特別組合 $1300円」，這道就是整個很澎湃的蔥，經過鐵板料理後的蔥味不會很濃郁，像流氓顆平常不愛吃蔥的人也覺得還不錯喔！
既上一個醬汁味道覺得似乎蓋掉了芋頭燒的整體滋味，所以這次就沒有選擇額外加醬了。
吃起來整體味道也不錯，不過如果真的要硬比較，台灣的三星蔥更有口感和香氣啊（笑）
對流氓夫妻而言，覺得《美津のお好み焼き》算蠻好吃的+傳統口味，不過因為價格不算便宜且醬汁味道偏重鹹，所以應該就是吃一次體驗看看嚕。
