日本的京阪神區可是有名的神戶牛排的產地，來到此地怎麼可以錯過大嗑牛肉的機會呢？這間《牛かつもと村》在日本各地可是排隊排到翻的名店，因為是被評選為 NO.1 受歡迎的「炸生牛排」啊，流氓夫妻其實經過好幾次，不論從早到晚遠不間段的人潮（幾乎都是韓國人），實在引起了我們的好奇心啊。所以索性在大阪最後一天在寒風中排隊近 1.5 個小時才終於吃到了這炸生牛排啊，嚴選的牛肉在高溫下只炸 60 秒，所以外面酥脆，裡面牛肉都還是生的鮮紅狀態喔。而且一份才 $1400 円以跟臉一樣大的牛肉來說，真心不貴啊，那到底好不好吃呢？一起來看看 牛かつもと村 的食記啦。

其實不少名店在東京都需要排隊，但在大阪反而可以輕鬆吃到，所以經過 牛かつもと村 總是呈現排隊長龍的盛況，實在很難不讓人好奇。
排隊的隊伍是從地下室店門口一路延伸至樓梯，並且到人行道上面。
我們排隊的位置剛好才在人行道 5-6 組，這樣就要排 1.5 小時，是不是很驚人？
排到人行道的第一個位置時，已經過了 30 分鐘，冷風實在吹得受不了，還好旁邊有全家可以買熱飲。
通往地下室樓梯也都是滿滿的排隊人潮，從樓梯口到店門口也是要排將近 1 小時，主要是因為店面不大，而且炸牛排一份套餐也頗有份量，大概每個人都會吃 30 分鐘以上，所以排隊人潮才這麼驚人。
呼呼～終於快要到店門口了。

其他就是些配菜，不過因為流氓顆看不懂日文和韓文，但是店內的 menu 有圖示，如果有額外需要可以在點。

店內位置大概不超過 10 個座位吧，吧檯區、一張四人座和一張兩人座位，就是店內所有的位置了。
等了這麼久店員幫忙點完餐，就送上一杯熱茶讓大家暖暖身。
這個特殊的岩板小爐，就是等等生牛肉要烤的工具啦，想吃幾分熟自己決定呢。
我們夫妻倆各點了一份 ② 餐，覺得還蠻剛好的。
已經切好的炸牛排，外面包覆著非常薄的皮，近乎只有 0.1 公分。
憑藉著我們對炸豬排的印象，覺得裡面應該是熟透了，但讓人很驚艷的是，裡面的牛肉是生的，而且是鮮美的紅色啊。
一開始很珍惜的一片一片吃，但因為吃起來口感真的很棒，所以後來就豪邁的一片接著一片了，哈。
沾醬芥末和高麗菜絲也都好吃喔，讓偶爾吃著炸生牛肉些許膩口時有個很好的轉換空間。
相信大家很好奇 牛かつもと村 到底好不好吃？
其實無庸置疑的是「獨特又好吃」，加上一份才 $1400 真的是超高 CP 值啊！
