這間陳記蔥抓餅以前的位置是在靠近友愛街口，後來租的位置被收回去，就被迫遷移，現在的位置，大約是國華街靠近保安路交叉附近，想要吃的朋友別找錯位置囉。
蔥抓餅的口味真的非常的多，流氓顆第一次看到時也都傻眼了，完全不知道怎麼挑口味，真的是包羅萬象。
你想的到的、想不到的通通都有，而流氓湯以前幾乎每個口味都吃遍，最愛的是九層塔加蛋加起司，講了半天流氓顆還是不知道要挑什麼，感覺好幾個口味都想吃，但只有個小鳥胃呀….
這間陳記蔥抓餅其實不像台南一堆店都有放很多電視報章雜誌等報導內容，只有一張好幾年前自由時報曾經來採訪的內容，似乎連媒體也都不太注意到，所以這間幾乎就是在地人在吃的。
最後還是依排行榜加上流氓湯的大力推薦點了第一名熱門的九層塔蛋。
餅皮是用機器直接壓扁，不是用手桿的，很特別的作法。
