日本九州向來是走一個悠閒的路線，就算是在東京或大阪排隊排到一個爆的名店，在九州都幾乎不太需要排隊，隨時可以吃得到（笑），不過這次唯一有排到隊的就是這間光是在附近就被濃郁的派皮和起司香給吸引的排隊名店 BAKE CHEES TART (烤奶諾派）因為剛好位於天神地下街，排起隊來其實也蠻舒適的，大概排 20 分鐘左右，光是在門口看到金黃色的派就覺得口水直流，呵！一次買了 6 個剛好要自駕去佐賀車上帶著吃，不論冷熱都非常好吃，排隊排得很值得！超推薦的！ 而且這間是連鎖的不只九州有，東京和大阪也有店，甚至也紅到海外，文內也會一併介紹喔。
我們在博多待 2 天，幾乎都往天神跑，當初只覺得每每經過 BAKE CHEES TART 不論早上 10 點還是晚上 8 點始終如一都是排隊人潮，非常驚人！畢竟我們來九州以來幾乎沒看到什麼排隊人潮，重點是排隊都是日本人，看來是在日本非常夯的甜點店。
而後來上網查詢才發現不只有天神有，東京在自由之丘、新宿、大宮、川崎和海老名店都有分店，大阪則是阪神梅田店，九州就是在天神地下街，甚至連香港銅鑼灣和曼谷都有分店，看來魅力實在驚人！

而 BAKE CHEES TART 的排隊安排得非常好，不會擋到其他店家，這裡只是第一階段的排隊終點，第二階段是靠近東 4 出口，我們就是從第二階段開始排起。
店內只販售 CHEESE TART 差別在於買多少數量，而且一直都有在出爐，完全不用擔心賣完買不到問題，只要耐心等候即可。
就算排隊人潮很長，但是店員還是細心且仔細的服務每一個客戶。
一個 $216 日幣，6 個就會有盒裝 $ 1242 ，算起來一個約台幣 $57 塊。
終於輪到我們走到店內了（笑）看著服務人員將剛出爐的 CHEES TART 分裝，濃郁的起司搭配奶酪味道實在讓人口水直流！！！
看看這些金黃酥脆的樣子，實在太迷人了啦，難怪魅力這麼強大。
我們一次購入 6 個會有一個盒裝，哈，會將派分成上、下兩層各 3 個。
而咬下一口裡面的餡料非常扎實的起司搭配些微的奶酪，吃下完全不膩口。外頭包覆的派皮非常酥脆爽口，很有餅乾的口感，兩個搭配再一起堪稱完美組合（笑）。更棒的是我們上車吃熱騰騰的好吃，過了一下冷的時候吃也是好吃，味道完全沒變，就差在溫度而已！
BAKE CHEES TART (烤奶諾派）真的很值得非常好吃，是真心覺得排隊都值得的！在旅途中還可以品嚐到真材實料與扎實口感就小甜點，實在非常幸福呢，如果有機會到日本或海外分店真的蠻推薦嚐嚐的！
