只要是女孩子排的行程，吃的行程討論就會很容易出現「甜點」，這趟名古屋美食之旅，不知道為什麼一人提一間想吃的，行程上面就出現了 4、5 間甜點店，哈。而且日本的甜點光是看著就讓人口水直流，連平常讓人害怕的爆卡鮮奶油，吃起來竟然是爽口軟綿，而且完全不油膩，啊～真是太幸福了（笑）。流氓夫妻上回去大阪後才發現錯過這間日本超人氣排隊甜點店《HARBS》，每個吃過的都說「一定要吃看看」、「鮮奶油完全不膩口」，感覺沒吃過會讓人搥心肝啊！所以～抵達名古屋的第一個行程就決定是《HARBS》啦，招牌是「水果奶油千層派」，一致獲得我們所有人好評，標準的吃了還會想再吃喔！哈，一起進來看看我們這群人瘋點了超多種口味，哪一款我們最推薦呢？
是說其實 HARBS 本店「榮本店」就在名古屋，不過因為行程的安排，所以就挑選了位於 LACHIC 百貨內的 HARBS 啦！

LACHIC 是間很符合少女流行的百貨，蠻多頗具有個性的時裝，以及潮流品牌都有進駐，除此之外還有生活雜貨，每個少女來都會愛上這裡的質感和氛圍。
順帶一提，名古屋知名的「ひつまぶし名古屋備長鰻魚飯」也在 LACHIC 7F ，因為是炭火現烤現作，滋味聽說非常迷人！！有興趣的朋友也可以一併把此納入行程（笑）
而這次的目標 HARBS 位在 2F 的角落，上了電扶梯後沿著中庭走到底，會看到一個岔入口， HARBS 就在走道到底的最角落。
其實 HARBS 在日本從 1981 年就開始擁有第一間店，因為主打新鮮的水果蛋糕，所以慢慢地闖出名號，店內主要常見的有 18 種蛋糕，其他則會依照季節限定而有所更動，所以原則上想吃 HARBS 的蛋糕，基本上一年四季都吃得到的。
HARBS 有分內用和外帶，因為內用不能拍照，加上現場候位需等約 30 分鐘，所以我們一群人只好選擇外帶了。
每一個看起來都像是藝術品一樣的被放置在透明櫥窗內。
而且蛋糕的水果看起來都超大顆，感覺完全沒有在客氣的，不虧是主打「水果蛋糕」啊～
我們一群人嘰嘰喳喳地討論了半天，終於討論要點什麼蛋糕了，哈。
總共點了 6 片 (後來有一塊是加點的，所以沒在這張明細上)，每一塊平均 750~880 円之間，換算成台幣似乎不便宜，但是吃過一次就會覺得非常值得啦！
而一整塊蛋糕會切分成 10 小片，可以選擇要一片，或是一整塊。
外帶的包裝得非常精美，店員還會詢問大概多久會吃蛋糕，依照時間長久放置保冰袋，還蠻貼心的。
一打開鮮奶油和水果香氣混合的香味立刻撲鼻而來，實在是讓人口水直流了啦。
招牌「水果千層蛋糕 Mille Crepes $780」總共有 6 層水果，光看得到的就有草莓、奇異果、香蕉、哈密瓜等，鮮奶油與水果融合在一起，但水果滋味超乎想像的甜，就連綠色的奇異果都是甜而不澀！！！
最讓人印象深刻的就是底層的哈密瓜非常的甜，咬到最後豐富的水果滋味勝過鮮奶油，所以蛋糕的口感非常清爽，完全不油膩！
不虧是招牌啊啊啊～吃起來真的很有幸福感！
「鮮奶油卡士達草莓派」
卡士達的味道是比較濃郁的奶香，搭配鮮奶油，相對味道是比較濃厚一點，雖然有草莓陪襯，但喜歡清爽口感的朋友或許或覺得比較容易膩口一點。
「草莓蛋糕 Strawberry Cake $800」
身為草莓控的人真心誠意推薦必點，上頭滿滿的草莓，每一顆都很鮮甜美味！
中間夾著派、卡士達、鮮奶油，一口咬下酥脆中帶著軟綿香甜的口感，以及濃郁的草莓感！
「草莓巧克力蛋糕 Strawberry Chocolate Cake $880」
在視覺上面也是非常讓人驚艷，不過鮮奶油、卡士達和巧克力算是同性質的東西，所以這算是所有蛋糕中最容易膩口的，幾乎大家都是覺得吃一口就差不多的。
其實我也不知道為什麼我們這群人點了這麼多草莓系列的蛋糕，可能是因為每一個看起來都太好吃了，忍不住想要點來嚐嚐到底有什麼不同吧，哈。
這個口味也還不錯，上頭擺著草莓切片，中間夾著卡士達和完整的草莓，加上外面是派皮，吃起來和「草莓蛋糕」有相似的感覺～
不過真心覺得 HARBS 讓人著迷的是「鮮奶油」和「新鮮水果」，所以卡士達較濃郁的產品相對比較沒有那麼受我們喜歡（笑）
人多的好處就是大家可以一人一口，吃很多種口味，哈。
不過為了拍照而外帶真的沒辦法很優雅的吃啊（哭），覺得下次還是應該要內用比較好。
整體來說 HARBS 真的吃了讓人有幸福感，完全發揮了甜點的本命啊！
如果你的胃只能吃 1 個蛋糕的話，首推「水果千層蛋糕 Mille Crepes $780」價格最划算，而且又是所有當中最好吃的喔！
不過如果是草莓控覺得也想嚐嚐看草莓系列蛋糕，當然是推薦「草莓蛋糕 Strawberry Cake $800」啦，只能說上述這兩個口味會成為 HARBS 店內前兩大銷售，真的不是蓋的，就是有那麼好吃，才會這麼多人為它們瘋狂嚕！
