最近這幾天溫度驟降，天氣一冷就想吃火鍋，流氓夫妻也不例外。不過火鍋熱量不小，一餐下來可以高達 1-2 千大卡，幾乎是人類一天的熱量了，連續吃下來的話脂肪也跟著來（嗚嗚）…是說減肥或瘦身最痛苦的就是「美食當前」不能享用，而今天流氓顆就要和大家分享「吃火鍋熱量吃少一點」的小撇步！不想吃進這麼這麼多熱量，就跟著我們一起這麼做吧！
流氓顆自己也很愛吃火鍋，尤其是麻辣鍋（掩面）。麻辣鍋的熱量更是居火鍋之冠，因為台灣普遍的麻辣鍋湯底都是以「辣油搭配些許中藥」所製成的湯底。光是湯底就約有 850 大卡，非常驚人！像最近流氓顆正在進行瘦身計畫的人，難道就不能吃火鍋或麻辣鍋了嗎？其實並不盡然（對麻！都不能吃想逼死誰？）在此分享一下我這幾天吃火鍋的「少吃熱量」的小撇步，這幾天同時也有記錄自己的體重，並沒有因為吃火鍋變胖！所以只要吃的正確，就不用擔心「吃火鍋=變胖」的禁忌啦！
坦白說火鍋本來就不是種「低熱量的料理」，再怎麼樣該有的熱量是不會少的，一天之中如果選擇其中一餐為火鍋，另外兩餐就需清淡平衡熱量的吸收！清淡菜單建議：可以以「蔬菜湯」或「沙拉」當搭配，尤其是對「代謝」有幫助的蔬菜更好。例如：南瓜。而如果想吃麻辣鍋，建議選擇「鴛鴦鍋底」，將較容易吸附湯底的食材丟入白湯底。但我自己是儘量避免選擇這類食材，因為白湯底畢竟不是無敵，還是有不少的熱量，約 300-700 卡。而在吃麻辣鍋前，建議先將浮在上面的「辣油撈掉」，並用三片高麗菜去吸取辣油（而這三片當然不能吃 XD）。
食材選擇小撇步：
- 火鍋料的熱量都超高，因含有太白粉，建議能不吃就不要吃！我每次都會請店家幫我將「火鍋料」、「豆皮」換成「青菜」。
- 建議副餐選擇：冬粉和蒟蒻>米飯>麵條>王子麵或泡麵，雖然建議順序是這樣，但我每次還是會點「麵條」來吃（嗚嗚）。不過建議可以放在最後吃，依據前面青菜和肉品吃得飽足狀況再來評估要吃多少量的澱粉食物。
- 至於火鍋搭配的肉，最建議的是「雞肉」和「魚肉」，其次才是「牛肉」，最不建議的是「豬肉」尤其是五花肉，肉的油脂含量很高不建議選擇。至於有時候，大家會點的「內臟類」其實熱量也不小呦，建議淺嚐即可。
醬料部分，如大家所知「沙茶醬」是熱量的危險地帶！尤其這一年來也有爆出「油品風波」，建議大家為了身材和健康還是不要選擇為佳。但是沒有沾醬的火鍋吃起來很怪異也很不習慣，所以通常會選擇「蘿蔔泥＋蛋黃」（不過加一個蛋黃多約 70 大卡，就看大家取捨啦！）如此沾醬吃法，其實很清爽可口，肉和青菜的味道也不會被蓋過去，可以吃到完整的「原味」！飲料部分，茶水類的熱量很低也可解膩，含糖類的果汁、烏梅汁就不建議啦！
雖然火鍋這樣吃，已經少吃進很多熱量了，對於想要「瘦身」的人來說或許還不夠。最近常常會跳 15 分鐘的鄭多燕，如果當天有吃火鍋，就會跳 30 分鐘的！就是一個「多吃多動」的概念♡
