↓而小菜的種類有不少，我們選擇了清爽可口的小黃瓜。「牛肉乾拌麵$120」率先上桌了，台灣牛肉因為脂肪少、筋較多，口感上面較具有嚼勁。麵條是一般細的家常麵搭配蔥末和經過燉煮多時的牛肉湯汁一起入口，濃郁而清爽的口感很容易讓人一口接一口停不下。
↓ 至於「三寶麵 $180」含有牛肉、牛筋、牛肚，其中牛筋的燉煮的格外透撤，口感上面軟 Q 彈牙！而麵條是用刀削麵，經過大火水煮過，麵條厚實中帶有 Q 彈的口感，搭配牛肉湯汁一起入口實在是非常誘人！
《台灣牛牛肉麵》以「三寶麵 $180」和「牛肉乾拌麵$120」，對我們而言兩者湯頭和牛肉的處理都相近，但「刀削麵」麵條厚實中帶有 Q 彈的口感頗得朋友和我們的喜愛。只是以價格來說，也並不算特別便宜，食量較大的人可能吃完還需要再另外找點附近小吃才剛好。但以 24 小時營業，就算在附近看個午夜場電影後，還有一碗熱騰騰的牛肉麵等著你，其實也是一件平凡且幸福的事情呢！
