過完了春節後的這幾天接連好幾個冷氣團來襲，終於讓今年有了冬天的感覺啊，這時候讓人忍不住懷念起上回顆二姐帶顆顆和阿湯哥一起去享受這間台中在地人很愛來的《沙卡燒酒雞》，連平日晚上人也不少呢，哈。現在想起來還是覺得那雞湯喝下肚，讓人全身暖活的勁，完全適合接下來幾天冷峻的天氣啊～
雖然位置偏遠，店面更是深藏在小巷內，
但從專用停車場就聞到陣陣的酒香，讓人還頗為期待！

平日晚上人潮就不少，而且來訪的大多看起來都是熟門熟路的樣子。
聽顆二姐說以前她在台中工作時，如果寒流來這間可是要排隊到馬路上呢。
也難怪如果來電預約只有 18:20 以前，或 20:00 以後的時段，
而且訂位也只保留 10 分鐘呢。
一入座老闆就詢問我們要一隻還半隻，我們四個大人點了一隻 $800 。
看起來雖然肉沒有很多，應該是雞比較小隻，但雞肉的口感超棒！
不像一般雞湯或燒酒雞的雞肉，有種被湯汁吸取肉的精華而顯得缺乏口感。
吃起來非常鮮甜！口感也不柴，肉質很 Q 嫩，輕輕一咬就骨肉分離了～實在好吃啊。
而伴隨著濃郁酒味上桌燒酒雞，老闆說等大滾後就可以享用了，
實際湯也沒有喝起來那麼讓人醉啊，喝起來很甘甜也很暖身。
（不過裡面可是全酒啊，喝了可是要小心酒測啊）
燒酒雞拌麵線幾乎是來這必點的！
有加入我最愛的蒜頭滋味～真是太美味了。
原本想說這裡是專賣燒酒雞，沒想到連熱炒類的也都很有水準。
也虧這裡顆二姊來過不少次，所以點餐完全不用煩惱，都是她點的（笑）。
杏片杏鮑菇 $240
厚實的杏鮑菇口感，外皮薄脆口感搭配杏仁味道很爽口。
黃金軟絲 $360
顆二姐大力推薦一定要吃這道！果然不同凡響！
蛋黃和軟絲包覆再一起下去炸，第一次吃到這樣的搭配組合，卻是非常好吃啊。
軟 Q 富有咬勁的軟絲搭配的細緻的金沙（蛋黃）真的堪稱完美組合～
水蓮 $180

整體而言，覺得「沙卡燒酒雞」是間會想分享給家人和熟識朋友的店家，
很值得為了美好的燒酒雞中的 Q 嫩雞肉跑一趟啊。
熱炒部分也都還算不錯，但顆顆個人最愛「麵線」和「黃金軟絲」，其他部分則也都還不錯呦。
