有的時候美食無處不在，只要看到有人排隊，百分之八十都是有可能是美食，身為饞鬼一族的流氓夫妻生活，上次去東京住在池袋，每天經過 RINGO 前總是大排長龍，重點是不論什麼時候都是這樣，激發我們的好奇心，決定排一次來吃吃看啦。
原本還在想說這間 RINGO 的風格和模式，怎麼感覺跟 BAKE 有點像？
後來查了一下才發現，原來～是 BAKE 旗下的子品牌啊（拍額頭），一知道是子母企業後，整個感覺信心大增！！！
因為上次在九州吃到時，真心覺得排隊超值得，好吃到不行。
不過分店現在也開到台灣了，所以不一定要飛來日本吃喔（笑）。

RINGO 其實分店並不多，就東京池袋和川崎神奈川，各一個店面。
在等待中透過玻璃櫥窗，看著新鮮出爐的蘋果派，
和伴隨而來的酥脆香味，讓現場的每個人都羨煞了現在排第一個的人，哈。
整齊排列的蘋果派，散發出金黃酥脆的光澤，
就像是享受著一整個夏日陽光後散發出的肌膚顏色般。
以北海道奶油和麵粉混合而成的麵團，經過烘烤後，
最後再刷上薄薄一層蛋黃就大功告成啦。

排了大概 30 分鐘後終於輪到我們啦，
但因為晚餐時再吃太飽，所以我們就決定 2 個人吃一個就好了。
回到飯店打開包裝時，還帶著一點餘溫喔。
側面可以看得到層次分明的酥脆外皮。
咬下第一口就吃得到蘋果，
不過和預期中清脆的蘋果口感有點不同，
而是比較軟綿口感，有點像 100 % 熟成蘋果的滋味。
吃到最後一口才吃到卡士達，與蘋果果肉融為一體。
老實說，我不確定大家喜歡麽樣的蘋果派的口感？
但我來說說看我的喜歡的口感是「吃得到清脆香甜蘋果滋味的果肉」和「千層酥脆的層次感」，
RINGO 吃起來確實非常酥脆且層次分明，但對我們來說有點偏甜，蘋果也過軟，
卡士達的加入並沒有多加分，反而有點搶了蘋果的滋味 XDD
（我們一行 5 個人都一致覺得還好，好像不需要到排隊的狀態）
但是、但是超多人跟我說超好吃！超好吃！
嗚嗚嗚，我的舌頭壞掉了（誤）。
「不過享受美食就跟人生一樣，只有自己才知道是什麼味道，對吧？」
