過去一直以來都對於優格都沒有特別愛好，上回去日本吃了便利超商裡賣的優格，濃郁的奶味讓我久久不能忘懷。加上近日都在持續飲食控制，幾乎餐餐都自己煮，而在網路上看到只要用電鍋就可以做出「自製優格」重點還不需要菌粉喔，實在讓人太心動了！發現自己做優格味道和外面市售的可真是差千萬百倍的好吃，濃郁的奶香直逼日本賣的，這麼棒的方法，趕快進來看看吧！
材料（兩人份）
- 優酪乳 200 克
- 全脂牛奶 600 克（一定要用全脂喔）
↓材料和做法都非常簡單容易，也就是這樣單純才好吃美味！用影片來表達更是 1 分鐘大家一定就會學會的呦！
↓而剛出爐的優格有點像豆花，旁邊水水的是清乳，可以瀝掉也可以喝看個人習慣。冰過後就會變得更為凝固，口感也更為滑順喔！
↓優格搭配水果或直接吃皆可，我覺得這次用的牛奶味道頗剛好的，沒有一般外面優格的酸味，超好吃、超愛的♡♡
不過別看原料優酪乳和牛奶總計起來 800 克，但實際做起來也才 2 碗份量呢，可真是珍貴呢（笑）。不過在這炎炎夏日能吃上自己做的美味、健康優格，做法也很簡單，實在讓流氓顆很想天天做呢！看到此你們是不是也心動了呢？歡迎一起動手做做看喔！

我又再次嘗試做優格，不過這次保溫時間達 7 個小時，剛出爐的凝固程度較完整，但是味道相對也較酸，不過酸度部分還可以接受不會過酸。只是因為這次除了保溫時間加長，還換了另一個牛奶品牌，所以味道上難免有點不同我覺得是可以理解的。
