今年除夕邀請了娘家的爸媽來家裡吃年夜飯，除夕夜怎麼可以少了蘿蔔糕呢？原本想買附近市場那間蘿蔔糕攤來就好，誰知去了好幾次都撲空，索性自己決定自己做看看。此生第一次為父母下手做羹湯（兩老除夕當天笑到眼睛都不見了），為了不漏氣前前後後總共試驗到了第三次才成功，文內步驟記錄的很詳細，如果你也是初次挑戰蘿蔔糕的朋友，看這篇一定就會成功啦。
這輩子沒吃過這麼好吃的蘿蔔糕，每一口都是蘿蔔啊，感覺拿去賣可以變富翁（得意）
–
材料：
在來米 100 克（水淨泡 100 克）
蘿蔔 300 克
蝦米、香菇 10 克
乾油蔥 10 克
少許鹽、白胡椒調味
-備料-
1. 在來米淨泡至少 8 小時後，米：水 以 1:1 比例打成米糊（用淨泡的米水會更有香味）
2. 蝦米、香菇泡水 （加入炒鍋前要把水瀝乾備用）
3. 蘿蔔刨絲
在來米可以加入刨絲剩下蘿蔔塊，一起打成米糊。
（冬天的蘿蔔水分含量很高，所以記得不要太多會破壞米糊的比例，大概像我照片中那樣就好。）
-作法-
1. 平底鍋加些許油加熱依序放入油蔥、蝦米、香菇拌炒
2. 等到香菇有點萎縮後，就可以放入蘿蔔絲均勻攪拌（可以分次放入方便攪拌均勻）
3. 放入些許鹽、胡椒後，將鍋蓋蓋上悶煮約 20 分鐘（注意要用最小火）
4. 中間需開鍋蓋一次加入剛剛的蝦米香菇水，以免焦底，並在攪拌讓料均勻
5. 等蘿蔔絲萎縮成些微透明狀態時，就可以倒入米糊，並均勻攪拌，即可關火。
-蒸的部分-
煮好後原則上會是有點黏稠的米糊狀，將全部倒入蒸的模具中。
1. 模具四周沾點由以免沾黏，並敲打出模具的空氣
2. 記得蒸要與底部保持隔絕以免焦底
3. 加入 450 cc 的水用大同電鍋蒸煮即完成

出爐後會覺得很軟，不用擔心會隨著冷卻越來越硬哦

然後切片煎就可以吃了哈哈哈哈哈，這個份量大概是 10 片，兩個人一下就可以解決掉啦XDDD
