出月子中心後的每一位媽媽，多半都忙到沒時間吃飯，非本意的進行起 育兒斷食法，哈。上回我和同屆朋友遇到，互相問候的方式都是：「你最近有吃飯嗎？」真的是彼此都心有戚戚焉啊。不過隨著湯包 02m06d 開始睡過夜後、作息越來越固定，我跟阿湯哥也逐漸回到一日三餐的正軌上，但還是喜歡簡單快速、健康的料理，分享一下我們的日常菜單，因為只有兩個人，所以一切從簡，一道菜搞定有菜有肉，並有「好好吃飯的幸福感」的 五道 15 分鐘料理菜單，哈。
遙想剛從月子中心回家的那段日子，真的是每天手忙腳亂，當時不是 ubereat ，就是水餃泡麵度日啊啊啊啊啊。
說真的三餐吃外食，不論是錢包還是身體都覺得難以承受，隨著我們慢慢找到育兒生活的步調，也尋覓出幾道能快速上菜的料理。
但我要先醜話說在前，這篇單純是篇生存戰略文，而不是什麼美好的美食料理文，只是為了保護被迫進行育兒斷食法而生命有危險的媽媽們。
哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，這樣你們懂了齁。

紅酒牛肉咖哩｜料理時間 13 分鐘。
肉品燉煮的訣竅就是「油脂多」，牛肉選牛肋條、豬肉選梅花豬、雞肉可以選帶皮的，依此類推，可以變化成「紅酒xx肉咖哩」。
食材：洋蔥、蒜頭適量、洋菇、花椰菜、牛肋條、馬鈴薯
調味：咖哩塊、紅酒：水 =1：1 (200ml)
- 先將牛肋條下鍋去煎並翻動，等到四面表皮顏色都變深後，即可起鍋放在旁邊備用。（鍋不需額外添加油）
- 利用剛剛的牛油，將洋蔥、蒜頭、咖哩塊、紅酒和水用大火拌炒（這樣酒精才會揮發掉），等到洋蔥變軟後即可將「根莖類」，如：馬鈴薯、洋菇放入，最後再將牛肋條放在最上面即可。
- 接著轉小火蓋鍋蓋燉煮 10 分鐘，然後最後放入花椰菜在悶 3 分鐘，就大功告成囉。
咖哩塊我喜歡這個口味，只要一塊（內容物總共 8 塊）味道就很濃郁。
鹽烤鮭魚｜料理時間：20 分鐘。
這道菜其實毫無技巧可言，哈，列出這道菜我自己都有點羞恥。
食材：鮭魚、花椰菜
調味：鹽巴、黑胡椒、迷迭香香料
- 將鮭魚撒上鹽巴、黑胡椒和迷迭香後，醃製約 5 分鐘，但如果你想醃 15 分鐘也無礙。
- 放入烤箱設定 200℃ ，約 20~30 分鐘就完成囉。
全聯最近有出一款 鮭魚菲力 （就是這款）我覺得很好吃哦，你們可以試試看。
牛肉培根燉高麗菜｜料理時間：10 分鐘。
這道其實和紅酒咖哩有異曲同工之妙，我愛死鐵鍋料理（但其實就是大鍋菜啊，哈），傳統要三菜一湯的真的會搞死人，我才不幹咧。
食材：洋蔥、蒜頭、培根、高麗菜、牛肋條（有或沒有都可以）、起司
調味：鹽巴、黑胡椒、高湯或白開水約 200ml
- 將洋蔥蒜頭和培根一起快炒，等飄出香味後，就可以加入高麗菜和高湯，一樣將牛肋條擺放最上面即可蓋鍋蓋。
- 接著轉小火悶煮 10 分鐘後即完成。
- 起鍋後承裝碗內，可以加一點起司自我療癒一番，哈。
豬肉丸料理｜料理時間：10 分鐘。
肉丸系列其實也是很懶惰，除了可以延伸成為肉餅，調味也是隨心所欲的百搭，肉丸和肉餅的差異只是搓圓還是扁，吃膩純肉可以去市場買水餃皮，包成水餃放冷凍庫好幾日的伙食又有著落了，哈。
食材：豬絞肉（瘦）
調味：洋蔥切丁、黑胡椒、鹽
- 將豬絞肉放置常溫下約 15 分鐘後醒一下肉，加入任何想加的料攪拌均勻，接著只要搓圓就好。
- 煎或烤都可以，煎約 5 分鐘完成，烤約 15~20 分鐘，因為豬肉的油份很充足，不用另外加油就可以囉。
紅燒吳郭魚｜料理時間：10 分鐘。
紅燒真的是一道我近期才挑戰的料理，一開始只是單純想要消耗家裡冰箱的蔥，後來發現其實很簡單，就變得很常做。
食材：吳郭魚、薑、蒜、蔥
調味：醬油：水 = 2：1 、糖隨意
超市賣的魚都已經清理好內臟了，回家只要清洗後把魚身體擦乾（？）就可以開始準備料理了。
- 將薑塞入吳郭魚的內臟去腥味，並將吳郭魚兩面各劃三刀，等等紅燒會比較入味。
- 蔥薑蒜先下鍋後快炒（可加一點油），然後等香味出來後，就可以將吳郭魚下鍋將兩面煎得有點微黃乾乾的，就可以將調味下鍋後，加入蔥白就可以蓋上鍋蓋，悶煮約 6~8 分鐘後就可以起鍋。
（如果想加青菜，一樣可以在起鍋前 3 分鐘加入，就可保持脆度，我青江菜有點過軟了，哈。）
我的食譜沒有寫得很詳細，是想說其實網路上其實很多更專業的教學 或 更詳細的食材調味配方，我就不在關公面前耍大刀了，哈。
主要是想分享這幾道讓我有重新獲得救贖的感覺，育兒生活只要能好好吃飯、洗澡和大便，其實就算忙碌點，但也不至於讓人崩潰吧。

後記：
自己帶寶寶雖然 24 小時 non stop，累歸累但好處是：「會越來越瞭解彼此，也越來越找到平衡點。」
因為我和阿湯哥就是彼此的後援，所以湯包總是跟著我們到處跑，可能也因為這樣，乘坐汽座時也蠻穩定的，一起外出吃飯時也挑戰過幾次，也都沒問題。（而且每次外出他都很好奇外面的世界，總是會不停的張望，每次回家也都會睡得特別好。）
也隨著我們採取定時餵奶，湯包的生理時鐘其實很固定，如果只要外出短短 2～3 小時內，也變得很簡單，簡單到我們有時候只要準備替換的幾片紙尿布、濕紙巾和屁屁膏就好，不再像第一次帶湯包出門時，要全副武裝，出動一整個媽媽包。
