在湯包出生前，我跟阿湯哥秉持著「哭就給他哭，該做的還是得做。」之鐵的紀律育兒心法，但湯包出生後，我母愛大爆發，一意孤行的執行逆子養成計劃，哈哈哈哈哈哈。縱使母愛溢出來並不太礙事（?），但在我開始退奶後，準備讓湯包戒親餵轉成全瓶餵上，出現了困難點。
關於母奶我和阿湯哥都是採取比較隨性的態度，有興趣可以看看我之前的文章：
雖說沒有很執著母奶，但隨著湯包長大，也越來越會區分瓶餵和親餵時，我們發現他會用大哭來表達想要被親餵。
但是因為我是少奶媽媽，奶量沒有辦法全親餵，常常都要趁湯包睡著時擠奶，阿湯哥看我這麼辛苦一直苦口婆心的勸我退奶。
但最近原本奶量就不多的我，開始出現退奶徵兆，我想把握最後的親餵時間，卻讓湯包變得容易討奶，尤其是睡前那餐常常會哭到停不下來。
這件事情的延伸，讓我和阿湯哥也吵了架，前情提要：
就在吵架的隔天，我們進行了實驗，先親餵後瓶餵，每次親餵完瓶餵都非常不順利，總是在湯包哭累喝了 60 ml 或 80ml 結束這回合（正常可以 120ml 或 150ml），餵食的和被餵的大家，都非常身心俱疲。
結果：原本養好固定作息的湯包也亂掉了，而且當天就有點腸絞痛，晚上哭個不停。
所以和阿湯哥討論後決定狠下心，每天把所剩不多的母奶擠出來，全部瓶餵。

一開始湯包會大哭然後頭轉向我，可憐兮兮的看著我表示想要被親餵，但我都假裝沒看到，實行幾天後，湯包又回復到天使寶狀態，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。
變回那個喝奶時間固定、一口氣乾掉 120ml 的湯包。
所以，我們就可以抓準每次的喝奶時間，提前半小時準備泡奶，而且只要湯包沒有慘哭（當然偶爾落下幾滴嬰兒淚也是正常的），通常都可以喝得很好。
當然我們也用一般口徑小獅王、寬口口徑小獅王、Hegen 奶瓶 和 betta 防脹氣奶瓶（一般口徑/和小獅王口徑相通），交叉使用下來，湯包喝得最順的還是「寬口口徑小獅王」，常常 10 分鐘內完食，很棒。
備註：奶嘴頭近期也全面換成小獅王 m 號囉，以及腦粉一個不小心又業配起小獅王來，哈。

好吧，看來該是認真退奶的時刻了。
看了網路上前輩們的經驗談，退奶不建議採取激烈的退奶針，建議自然退奶，尤其如果是漸進式的食物退奶的話，縮胸比較不會那麼嚴重。
因此，我從月中回家後，就陸續有在吃膠原蛋白，看來現在還要加上擦豐胸緊實霜，為退奶做準備。
（雖然我現在上胸已經有點塌陷了，嗚嗚嗚嗚。）
但就能做儘量做囉，反正胸小穿搭比較方便，哈哈哈哈哈哈（我好像過度正面了）。

後記：
其實，我一開始對退奶也有掙扎、也有點失落，甚至一度玻璃心碎，罵阿湯哥：「難道我是代理孕母嗎？」XDDDDD
但是、但是，嘗試全瓶餵的當天，我看到湯包對我的眼神一樣有愛，我知道他是明白的。（媽媽是否太會腦補兼自我安慰）
於是我就放寬心了，有時候放不下的是媽媽本身，並不是寶寶。
哦對了，湯包最近開始分泌比較多的口水，但因為還不會吞嚥，總是嘴邊自帶水嫩感，也正式進入「口水期」了呢，很期待他進入副食品的階段，應該會非常混亂吧，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。
