每次靈感總在深夜時分來臨，哈，就算已經和嫩嬰奮鬥一整天，但還是精神飽滿地只穿著內褲（原本準備要去洗澡），坐在電腦前面敲敲打打的瘋狂新手媽媽就是我。會想寫這篇是因為不論是現實中的朋友，還是粉絲都有問過我「出月中後還有在擠奶嗎？覺得睡覺時間都不夠好想放棄。」而關於母奶、擠奶時間，我自己本身算是找到了一個平衡點，所以，我想說把我的作法分享出來，大家可以參考看看。
在月子中心解決塞奶危機，用上電動擠乳器後，原以為我的奶量會節節高升，但後來就停滯不前。
雖然我本身並不在意，但還是抱著實驗心態買了媽媽茶、哺多多來嘗試，但都沒有什麼幫助，一切船過水無痕，哈。唯一試過有幫助的，是我本身就愛吃的蚵仔，但也不會因此瘋狂到天天吃，就跟之前吃的頻率一樣。
吃了之後從原本的 60 ml 上升到 100 ml，但也就僅此一次擠奶有用，不會持續到下一次，哈哈哈。
而且我出月子中心後，對母奶超隨性，當摸到有點硬塊 和 睡前我才會擠。
說真的每天跟嫩嬰的奮鬥，半夜真的很難爬起來，所以半夜我都是一邊睡一邊「躺餵」，親餵大概 30 分鐘後，阿湯哥會在補配方奶給湯包。
然後，我就可以轉身離線了（笑）
對我而言母奶只要不塞就好，其它喝多喝少、甚至全配方也沒關係，反正有吃有睡就會長大了，而且 4 個月後就可以開始接觸副食品，所以真的沒有那麼嚴重。

我雖然沒有什麼發奶的祕技，但我知道自己已經盡力那就夠了。
育兒是條漫漫長路，除了母奶，後面還有一千個待辦事項與挑戰等著我們，所以我決定順其自然。

另外，在餵奶這件事情上面，我覺得比較需要注意的就是「固定時間」這件事情。
湯包剛回家時每到傍晚會開始一路哭鬧到洗澡前，當時我們經驗不足也沒多想（而且他肚子也沒有漲氣的西瓜聲），只是覺得他餓了我們就餵，但後來有次他在半夜因為放屁而驚醒尖叫，我們才覺得事情有點不對勁。
後來發現有點符合腸絞痛的其一症狀「一日多餐」，所以後來我們就用奶嘴控制湯包每餐間隔，也比較不會有時要吃不吃，如果這餐沒吃完我們會先試著拍嗝、溫奶、甚至換奶瓶試看看，最後他確定不吃就只能下餐再吃了。
想喝奶沒得喝的時候，湯包當然也會委屈想哭，但就抱抱他、給奶嘴，多多安撫。
事實證明建立「規律喝奶」，對寶寶和我們都好，至少調整後湯包大幅減少放很臭的屁，或因為放屁而尖叫，而我們也不再奔波在泡奶之間，也比較能夠趁空做自己的事情。
寶寶加入我們原本的生活，找到彼此的平衡點一起生活，彼此都會更愉快，如果有一方一昧的犧牲相信誰都不樂意。
那天看到有個媽媽分享看到 netflix 的「新手媽媽向前衝」的影集後說很認同裡面說的一些觀點，其中有個讓我印象深刻的是「什麼看到寶寶笑，一切就值得了。」這種鄉愿的話，一直都不是她的信仰。
