真的很幸福在這個世代成為母親，遙想以前都用灶咖來烹煮，光是升火就是一陣折騰，更不要說料理好一道菜，該是多勞心勞力的事情！在湯包開始吃副食品時，我曾入手傳聞中的 破壁機 ，但當時那台破壁機聲音蠻大的，會把原本在睡夢中的湯包給驚醒，後來我就比較少用了QQ，後來接到邀約 法國特福 高速動能營養調理機，擁有每分鐘 35000 轉速，能夠高速擊碎食材，讓我非常好奇實際使用起來的感覺？會不會很大聲？好清洗嗎？是否真的能夠口感綿密呢？一起讓我們看下去吧！

法國特福 是我踏入廚房的第一個擁有的鍋具，陪伴我一起嘗試了各種料理，對我來說，Tefal 不只是個鍋具，而是有革命情感的朋友（笑）。
高速動能營養調理機，是鑽面玻璃擾流杯瓶身設計，較不容易染色，但相對來說會有份量一點，這篇文章中我以我日常習慣來做體驗與分享心得。
總共有12道冷熱模式(10道料理模式+2道清潔模式)，這次總共嘗試了 3 道熱飲+2道冷飲。
豆漿模式-微糖有機豆漿
豆漿算是家裡常備的飲料，現在湯包也可以跟著我們一起喝，我真的非常期待，畢竟市面上的豆漿機，就只能製作豆漿，但 法國特福調理機可以一機抵多機，這點讓人覺得很期待。
按下選單「豆漿」在該選項，會開始閃爍就是選擇到了，最後按下「開始」就會開始行程了。
黃豆如果想要口感比較綿密，可以事前泡 4個小時，但我是追求極致綿密的，所以泡了整個晚上，哈哈哈。
隨著 電直火加熱溫度上升，也會邊開始打，打有時是低速、有時高速打，也有趁湯包在家時觀察他的反應，或許是他長大了、也可能他本來就是比較觀察型的孩子（主要看我們的反應來做反應），所以這次他就是聽到運轉聲音，來看一下後就走掉了XDDDD
豆漿細緻的程度是無法眼見顆粒，不過剛出爐的豆漿還是會有微小的口感，大概就像是馬鈴薯湯那種很細緻的感覺，如果像要喝比較像市售的豆漿的話，放冰箱隔夜再拿出來用吸管喝就會大幅減少，或是用豆漿布來做過濾也是不錯的選擇。
中式煲湯模式-豆漿鱸魚湯
這道鱸魚湯當初在看到 Tefal 附贈的食譜時，我自己也很躍躍欲試想要嘗試，不過鱸魚料理其實和想象中有點不同，然後中式煲湯模式也會有打碎的流程。
鱸魚如果需要口感比較好，建議還是要去頭尾、骨，至於如果想要去魚腥味還可以先川燙一下，但我想對於想要使用加熱型調理機的朋友，肯定就是希望能夠簡化步驟就好。
所以最簡單的方式，就是去市場請魚攤販的老闆幫你去頭尾骨（我愛市場老闆）後，回家後把食材都丟進去，按下中式煲湯就完成了。
「中式煲湯」的模式，可以將生食煮成熟食，釋放全營養，我自己覺得也很適合拿來燉煮「南瓜湯」、「馬鈴薯湯」； 製作鱸魚湯 時，可以將黃豆泡幾個小時，會更為順口比較少渣感，口感更加綿密。
果汁模式-ABC排毒果汁
果汁類的飲品是客戶非常大力推薦我試看看，事前還特地視訊上了料理課，有示範打 綠拿鐵 真的就是很細緻無分層，不過因為我本身沒什麼在喝綠拿鐵（覺得青菜還要燙很麻煩＃我就廢），反而比較常喝 ABC 排毒果汁（笑）
ABC 排毒果汁真的對腸胃蠕動超有幫助，我真心大推給正在內心舉手（？）有便秘困擾的朋友。
準備起來也很簡單，就蘋果、甜菜根 和 紅蘿蔔 倒杯中，按下 鮮果汁模式 即可。
不論是倒起來還是喝起來，都很細緻，無顆粒果渣，這點真的見識到高速擊碎的氣魄啊。
八寶粥模式-黑蒜頭雞肉玉米藜麥粥
再來要推薦我覺得非常、非常實用的模式「八寶粥模式」與 前一個「中式煲湯模式」相較，幾乎是些許的轉，所以對於已經可以開始吃「軟顆粒粥」有嬰兒的家庭來說超便利！
我準備的肉也是去市場雞肉攤請老闆幫我去骨去皮還切塊（再次對老闆告白：我愛妳），然後剩下直接丟入調理機了，按下 八寶粥模式 即可。
備註：藜麥約 10% 、剩下90% 是白米。
「八寶粥模式」等候約 50 分鐘，其實和過往使用電鍋、IH電子鍋時間差不多，但必須老實說藜麥因為質地較硬，本來就比較考驗鍋爐的能耐。
我自己覺得 特福煮出來的「藜麥粥」口感和 IH 電子鍋相似，但還多了個打碎功能，我就不用另外再處理剪碎食物，可以直接給湯包吃，非常方便！
謎之音：湯包是黑蒜頭愛好者，哈哈哈哈哈哈，懂吃。
攪拌模式-玉米花椰菜雞肉泥
最後這個「攪拌模式」是我最、最、最、最、最推薦，有超乎我的想像呢，我沒有想到這台這麼適合做「雞肉丸」，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈。
而且「雞肉丸子」對家有幼兒的雙薪家庭父母，真的好方便哦，因為只要 3 分鐘，就一次搞定有肉有菜，做一份冷藏在冰箱，大概三天內就會吃完，孩子還可以練習叉子自己吃，一舉三得啊。
我這配方完全隨心所欲的神來一筆，但真的超好吃！
- 雞腿肉200克
- 黃玉米 100克
- 花椰菜 50 克
- 黑糖 10 克
- 砂糖 10 克
- 醬油 20 克
- 太白粉 80 克（這個加越多就會越Q，越少口感就比較散，可以斟酌加。）
全部一起放入也沒關係，記得要讓比較軟質地的食材放在下方，像是太白粉、水，如果沒什麼水的話，可以用攪拌棒從上方稍微幫忙撥動。
「攪拌模式」預設三分鐘，但我自己覺得大概兩分鐘，就已經打得很細緻了哦。
要吃時再挖成一球球的放入滾水，煮熟就好，整個一氣呵成 10 分鐘內啊！再次讚嘆！
湯包超愛，整個吃光光，連續兩天晚餐都吃，也依舊吃得很好（媽媽表示欣慰）。
心得與結論：
最後來跟大家聊一下，我的總結心得吧。
每個調理機都有適合的主人，法國特福的 高速動能營養調理機，我覺得用來製作「泥類」來說，有讓我驚豔到，果然每分鐘 35000 轉是真的有別不同，打出來非常細緻、口感好。
（謎之音：而且不用顧火真的是蠻方便的，遙想阿湯哥前陣子才燒掉了一個鍋子呢?）
尤其打出來的肉泥，我真的好喜歡、好喜歡，雞肉球真的很適合每週做一次冷藏在真空層，兩、三天就吃掉，對於家裡有幼兒的雙薪家庭的父母來說，真的是非常既健康又方便，五分鐘就可以上菜。（笑）
粥類的模式也非常實用，尤其是「肉粥」，只要在市場或超市買已經切好的肉，放進調理機後設定模式完，就可以走掉坐等時間結束就好，哈哈哈哈哈哈。
如果是魚湯、果汁或豆漿，要看個人喜歡的口感，如果是現喝會喝到很細緻的口感，有點像是熬煮非常久的馬鈴薯泥湯的那種口感，不會像低轉速調理機打出來的顆粒感較重，喝一喝不小心嗆到XDDDD
清潔上因為比較深，所以比較建議搭配隨機附贈的刷子刷，會比較好清潔。
當然用完 特福調理機，我習慣立刻使用內建「清洗」，根據我的使用經驗，會加 中性清潔劑後再按「清洗」，之後用水沖會輕鬆非常多，最底部幾乎就是超乾淨，接下來只要注意鑽面瓶身上面有沒有沒清潔到的殘渣就好。
**調理機建議都用要進行肉類的料理時，冰凍的肉品，都建議要完整退冰！
用特福調理機來煮過各種食譜 豆漿、雞肉丸、魚湯、排毒果汁 和 黑蒜頭玉米雞肉粥，不止煮得好，還好清潔！
尤其用來打肉丸，攪拌的細緻程度，完全就是柔棉冰淇淋等級，非常讓我驚艷！
除此之外，我也激推用來製作粥品，把東西丟進去後，不用顧火就可以走掉去做別的事情，多愜意啊。
