安德魯餅店是澳門第一間蛋塔店，雖然創辦人安德魯是英國人，但卻是把葡式蛋塔帶入澳門的第一人。
並且改用英式奶餡後，將糖量減少，成為如今澳門的葡式蛋塔！

威尼斯人店有 2 間店，一間可內用，一間則是外帶店，
內用店因為沿著河畔，所以有設置舒服的沙發讓大家在這邊悠閒的享受蛋塔。
幾乎入內的每一位都是專程為這蛋塔來的，
一個 MOP$ 10 ，換算台幣約 40 元左右，不算便宜。
店內除了蛋塔外，還有許多傳統甜點和港式飲品。
蛋塔帶著酥脆的金黃色調，和些許焦香，看起來真的是讓人口水直流。
我們直接買了 1 盒，6 個蛋塔入內。
整體來說奶香非常濃郁，酥脆的外皮吃得出層層分明的層次感。
起司蛋糕是朋友加點的，非常復古的口感，
幾乎是扎實口感的起司餡料，搭配最下方有點點軟的威化餅，味道算還 OK 。
外帶店就這樣讓大家買了帶走，完全就是走一個得來速的概念，也沒什麼人根本不用排隊！
再來要介紹原本和安德魯是夫妻，後來自立門戶，並且將葡式蛋塔的配方賣給肯德基，因而名揚國際的瑪嘉烈蛋塔！
看得出來經營風格和安德魯截然不同，一個走多元發展，另一個則走僅此一間別無分店。

瑪嘉烈蛋塔一樣除了蛋塔外，也賣著許多澳門傳統美食，
像是豬仔包～而且還可以跟台灣美而美一樣自選加料，這點真的很棒！
可惜前往澳門的時候真的太熱了，熱到胃口只能兩個人吃下一個蛋塔的小巧小鳥胃XDD
一樣絡繹不絕的人潮，和不斷出爐的蛋塔。
一個蛋塔 MOP$7 ，換算台幣好像也蠻合理的。
總結瑪嘉烈 VS. 安德魯比較：
整體來說安德魯因為有著舒適和方便優點，
像有冷氣座位舒適、還有外帶店可以買了直接走、分店多，
對於只是想要嚐上一口葡式蛋口味的旅客來說，絕對是首選。
但老實說～安德魯的口感，個人覺得雖然奶香濃郁，
但有點過於油膩，其實兩個人吃一個剛好不嫌多。
吃過肯德基的人肯定也會喜歡瑪嘉烈的口感，就幾乎味道 80％相似，
但不知道是不是因為只有一間店，加上又很多人排隊，總覺得好像又更好吃一點（笑）。
