真心覺得澳門是個吃貨必來的好地方，除了滿街的美食小吃，同時還是米其林餐廳聚集的重地。哈，已經是二訪澳門，還是覺得還有好多東西沒吃到啊XD。這次澳門行也是和老饕好友一起出發，大夥都沒吃過傳說中的葡式料理，所以就決定一起吃吃看啦，葡式料理在澳門其實也不算太多間，我們就選定連續多年被評為 2 星的米其林餐廳的《 Antonio 安東尼奧》，味道確實很獨特，老饕好友們也都一致評分覺得「好吃」喔，而且就在官也街一帶，有來附近還蠻推薦嚐嚐看。
官也街和大三巴一帶都是舊城區，充滿濃濃的葡式風情，就連散步都顯得美好。

Antonio 安東尼奧 就在這條巷弄內。
入口處旁邊的牆上滿滿都是全球知名美食評鑑得獎事蹟，如此張貼著滿滿的獎狀（？），讓原本只是經過的我們瞬間決定那就嚐嚐看吧。
除了家喻戶曉的米其林榮譽外，
第一次看到 Louis Vuitton City Guide 的勳章，
後來上網查～才想起之前去巴黎的 LV 總店看過一區都是各國城市的城市旅遊指南，
那時候還單純以為只是裝飾（因為每本都做得超精美）
原來！那一本本的作用是給每一位 LV 人的旅遊書啊。
Antonio 安東尼奧 由廚師安東尼奧·科埃略 2008年開幕，
主要以正宗葡萄牙菜為主，
招牌是「龍蝦雞尾酒 lobster cocktail」和「Portuguese duck rice 葡萄牙鴨肉飯」。
用餐區就只有一樓，雖然空間不大，
但平日中午也不少人，看得出來縱使人氣頗旺。
大航海時代的葡萄牙磁磚充滿著繽紛色彩，
在葡萄牙稱「Azulejo」源自於阿拉伯語，
意思則是發亮的碎石塊，
如此的馬賽克風格就是 15 世紀開始風行的藝術風格，
演變至今則成了美好浪漫的葡式風格。
在 Antonio 安東尼奧 服務人員也都是以英文點餐為主，
不過菜單有中文，所以大家莫驚莫慌莫害怕。
相較於許多澳門的米其林餐廳格外獨特，
因為也有不少主打歐洲料理，
但倒是第一次在華人地區的餐廳中，看到如此徹底歐化的餐廳。
怎麼說呢？所有看到一切都會收費，除了這可愛的葡萄牙醃製品是免費的（笑）。
奶油和水也是另外收費的喔。
麵包也是，但是麵包非常好吃，和一般西餐廳贈送的麵包絕對不同。
帶有彈性且清脆的麵包，拿在手上彷彿還有著溫熱感，扎實好綿密的口感非常棒！
「葡萄牙傳統青菜湯 $95」
這道青菜湯是葡萄牙的家常菜，
幾乎每個葡萄牙媽媽都會料理，而每個人心中都有一道自己的做法，
當家常菜搬來米其林餐廳，一切變得講究與更多細節。
雖然名字好似平凡無奇，絕對和想像中的完全不一樣，
湯中濃郁的滋味帶著清爽（雖然葡式料理普遍偏鹹），
但青菜滋味與湯品融為一體，再搭配葡式臘腸一同入口，有種溫潤舒爽的好滋味，好喝。
「葡萄牙牛排 $295」
葡萄牙的牛排一定會搭配馬鈴薯和自家的獨門醬料，
我們選了 5 分熟以嚐嚐看牛肉的鮮甜滋味。
上方的蛋黃柔滑如絲綢，視覺上就像金字塔頂端上流著黃色的金沙一樣。
牛肉的厚度非常扎實（吃起來很飽），
但是料理得非常棒，外脆內保留著 5 分熟應有的鮮甜，
也不會過生的留下鮮血那樣恐怖的畫面，哈。
我的老饕好友們可是每個都攜帶胃散呢，
這可是吃貨行程中重要的隨身必備好工具（因為會吃到吐）。

以米其林餐廳來說追求獨特料理和無可取代，
