O&CO.現場都會提供試喝，可以依個人喜好去做挑選。而流氓顆挑選的《義大利黃檸檬橄欖油》是「調味橄欖油」在食材的搭配上很多元，加上含有黃檸檬的芳香，整體來說單吃口感也非常棒。 最簡單的吃法就是拿來和法國麵包搭著吃，如果想要更進一步當然海鮮、沙拉或甜點等，也都非常適合喔。

而 O&CO. 全系列油品皆 100% 第一道冷壓初榨橄欖油，平均 10-12 公斤才能萃取出 1 公斤的橄欖油，所以非常珍貴。而《義大利黃檸檬橄欖油》是遵循義大利傳統工法，將黃檸檬和橄欖一起放入石磨研輾。

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA《義大利黃檸檬橄欖油》是買 500 ml 的 $ 1100 ，在台灣買真的非常貴，我印象中在巴黎時買大概 4-500 左右。現在想想後悔那時候沒在巴黎掃貨，嗚嗚。不過看到油質顏色很輕透漂亮，如同黃金閃亮亮。就會開始自我安慰東西品質好又好吃，偶爾買還是可以接受的。

而 O&CO.販賣的餅乾都很好吃， 這次買的《地中海風味甜餅系列-法國馬賽船型餅》帶有橙花香，味道非常棒，但是貴鬆鬆的賣 $450 。

橄欖油最簡單的吃法，就是這樣沾著麵包或餅乾吃喔。而吃起來很清爽，完全不會有油膩噁心感，真的不虧是橄欖油界的精品啊。
