宜蘭冬山古早味小吃《喥咕麵》和《廣興做粿》還不錯，只是不需特地排隊

宜蘭冬山廣興路上聚集著傳承幾十年的古早味，像是《喥咕麵》和《廣興做粿》皆相繼服務近（或超過） 30 年頭，尤其《喥咕麵》經過電視媒體報導，每到假日必定排隊，常常也是下午時間就銷售一空。座落在對街不遠處的《廣興做粿》生意也不錯，除了有賣「粿」之外，還有「傳統麻糬」味道也很不錯。兩間古早味的小吃店分別有不同特色，也都不錯吃，如果想要一嚐宜蘭古早口味，算是蠻不錯的選擇！

我們原本前一天就想要吃，但《喥咕麵》下午四、五點就賣完了已經在收拾了，而《廣興做粿》則是已經休息了，所以只好隔日再戰！哈哈！很幸運第二天中午時前往，兩間都有開，就一次網羅這兩間宜蘭冬山的古早味小吃啦！

《喥咕麵》中午時間店內不少人，不過大家似乎都在等待上菜。

而《喥咕麵》有名的是「特製乾麵」，所以我們夫妻倆就點一碗來嚐嚐。大家或許會好奇《喥咕麵》的店名由來，就是因為之前美鳳姐主持的美食節目前來採訪等候多時，然後美鳳姐就笑說「老闆！你生意這麼好！客人等這麵都等到喥咕了啦！」因此這間從廟口起家祖傳 3 代的老店店名就變成了《喥咕麵》了！

而我們點的「特製乾麵」大約 10 分鐘後才上桌，而乾麵也可以選擇有湯，不過我們選擇不要有湯。「特製乾麵」味道確實蠻特別的，尤其是其中的醋醬讓味道更上一層樓；麵條也算 Q 不像一般乾麵麵條較為軟爛，吃起來很唰嘴，很容易一口接著一口吃下肚。不過就停留在「不錯」的階段，如果遇上假日大排長龍我是肯定會放棄的。

位在《喥咕麵》斜對面的《廣興做粿》就在街角的轉角處，招牌也很醒目不難找到！

《廣興做粿》除了「碗粿」之外，還有其他家常項目，看起來也蠻多在地人點了外帶回家吃的。

裡面還有賣「麻糬」和「發粿」等粿相關的相關產品，可能剛好隔一週就過年了，也不少婆婆媽媽前來購買。而我們買了一盒「傳統麻糬」，這種古早味已經很久沒吃到了，還真的是很想念呢。

《廣興做粿》的「碗粿」味道蠻香的、不會太過油膩，只是醬料普通且口感偏硬，比較不是我個人偏好的軟 Q 口感。

不過我也不確定是不是因為這是「宜蘭作法」所以口感不太相同，畢竟我之前吃的都是台南的碗粿比較多。

「傳統麻糬」如果剛出爐就吃的話會口感會比較硬一點，但是帶回家吃的會軟硬度就剛剛好。麻糬的口感很不錯 Q 彈帶勁，也蠻好吃的。只是「花生粉」因為當中放了「糖粒」所以味道偏甜，且花生粉的香味沒有研磨之後的濃厚花生香，所以整體搭配上顯得小小的失望（←挑惕鬼）。

整體而言，我覺得《喥咕麵》和《廣興做粿》都是蠻有特色且不錯吃的古早味小吃店，算是值得前來吃一次，不過個人覺得如果遇上大排長龍之時，我就會放棄這樣。一點小心得，提供給大家參考嚕♥
