前陣子不知道為什麼連續好幾天睡不好，明明身體很疲憊但總是沒辦法快速入睡，讓我非常困擾。所以決定前往之前路過覺得看起來環境挺幽靜，加上又是今年新開的《璞舍東方養生芳療 SPA》好好的按摩讓筋通暢一下還我一個好入睡的身體。首次體驗有優惠價，算起來還蠻划算的，至於環境＆心得如何呢？請入內看介紹吧….

一入內服務人員不急著推銷，同時遞上熱茶，在一旁慢慢的介紹。
因為第一次來有首次體驗優惠，我就選擇了「全身按壓＋油壓」還外加了「頭部周天禪頂級芳療」和「臉部芳療」，其中「全身按壓＋油壓」還有送 15 分鐘的「足浴」，所以我整整按了 2.5 小時，一整套下來價格是 ＄2300 ，算起來蠻划算的！
這張就是首次體驗卷。
《璞舍東方養生芳療 SPA》使用的產品秉持有機養生概念，使用天然、無毒、並經 Ecocert 認證的精油及產品。而芳療過程中使用的精油，也都是採用普羅旺斯 VIE AROME 法式芳香五行能量精油搭配專業的 SPA 手技。
首先來到「足浴區」。
過程中會先泡腳、去角質以及按摩小腿和腳的部分。
按摩師也都蠻溫柔且細心的，在足浴這個過程我已經整個人都超放鬆的了。
接著，就要前往房間內進行按摩了。
房間的溫度恰好適中，按摩前會先請你換衣服，只留內褲。
因為選擇的是「全身指壓和精油按摩」所以都是走舒緩的路線（我個人很怕泰式古法折來折去的手法，每次按都痛得該該叫），而身體芳療過程中使用的是「五行精油」是依據生理時鐘進行搭配。例如當天我按摩時間是下午六點，接近吃飯時間，所以她選擇了「晨之拓」脾胃（土）的精油來進行按摩，當然也可以依據個人狀況或喜好跟芳療師討論，你想要的精油來做按壓。
按摩過程中，因為我已經好幾天沒睡好，經過按摩後身體對應肝臟的地方會比較痛且也按出些許的痧，不過按出來後身體感覺比較舒服點了。其中我最喜歡也覺得下次還會想做的是「頭部周天禪頂級芳療」！！！
因為在按身體時，雖然蠻舒服的但好像有點沒按到我真正的酸痛處的感覺（我只有在泰國有按過一次俗稱“爽到升天”的經驗…有種可遇不可求的感覺），但是按到頭時沒幾秒我就秒睡了 XD ! 真的是太讚了！那睡著的時間是我這幾天中睡得最安穩的一段，按完回去後也很好入睡。
