最近湯包去托嬰中心後，回家後的晚餐，我都會現做，也因為有時間研究副食品食譜，食譜的變化也比較多。今天是 干貝奶油蔬菜麵 是很適合大人嬰兒一起吃的食譜，最大的差異在 蔬菜打泥 和 麵有剪碎，其他都和大人吃得沒有差異。最近我也在思考什麼時候要讓湯包開始 自主進食，目前觀察到他最近手指小肌肉又有更好的發展，可能會先以米餅、蔬菜塊為主，之後想自己做麵條，就可以隨心所欲掌握麵條粗細時，會再讓湯包自己嘗試手拿麵吃的。好了，好像有點扯遠了，進來看看 干貝奶油蔬菜麵 的副食品食譜吧。

這次 干貝奶油蔬菜麵 我總共試做了 3 次。
第一次因為時間掌握不好，所以混亂到連拍照的時間都沒有，第二次有拍到照，但總覺得流程有點複雜，我覺得對一打一的媽媽們來說會有困難。
於是，就到了第三次，對於流程、備料方便度 和 視覺上都感到心滿意足，終於可以寫食譜了（笑）。

因為我覺得 第二次 和 第三次料理的方式，各有優缺點和方便性，所以，這篇食譜會把兩種方式一起分享，你們都可以參考看看：
干貝奶油蔬菜麵/第二次的食材準備：
- 蔬菜湯底：豬軟骨高湯 60ml + 青江菜 30ml + 紅蘿蔔 30 ml + 干貝 1 顆約 10 ml
- 麵：現成寶寶麵條 20ml
- 奶油適量，約 5 克。
料理步驟：
- 先用豬軟骨熬製高湯（會先川燙豬軟骨去血，倒掉再重新放水煮），然後重新熬煮時同時放入紅蘿蔔燉煮，約 15 分鐘後，最後放入青江菜 和 干貝 煮滾 3 分鐘後，即可熄火。
- 撈起 60ml 的豬軟骨高湯 和 青江菜、紅蘿蔔、干貝，可以先用果汁機打碎一旁預備。
- 用剩餘的豬軟骨高湯 煮現成寶寶麵條，放入蔬菜湯底後，最後適量放上奶油，攪拌即完成。
原本多裝了一點，想說湯包吃不完也沒關係，沒想到湯包默默把 180 ml 的麵全部吃完了啊。
（最後剪碎麵條的樣子，看起來真的不是那麼美味，哈）
蠻多人詢問寶寶麵條買哪個品牌，我是在我家附近的母嬰店，看到有 SGS 認證而隨意買的。
這個我自己有試吃覺得也還蠻好吃的，因為很細，所以很容易煮軟，大概 五 分鐘就煮好，還算蠻方便的。
第三次 干貝奶油蔬菜麵 我覺得超滿意的，哈。
食材準備：
- 蔬菜湯底：碗豆、紅蘿蔔、玉米 30ml（龍鳳混合冷凍蔬菜）、 高麗菜 30ml 和 水 10 ml
- 麵條：烏龍麵條 20 ml
- 干貝 1 顆，約 10 ml
- 奶油適量，約 5 g
（麵條是我自己做的，我是用麵包機做，所以其實很省事，配方是 高筋 150 ml、低筋 150 ml 、水 150 ml 和 2g 的鹽，但其實鹽也可以不用加也沒關係。）
料理步驟：
- 將碗豆、玉米、紅蘿蔔 、 高麗菜 和 干貝 丟入鍋內煮滾約 5~8 分鐘即可撈起，並預留 10 ml 的湯底，等等放入果汁機一同打碎。
- 放入麵條煮熟（因為這次使用的是烏龍麵條，所以煮滾時間約 15 分鐘 ）。
- 趁此時可以將干貝拉成ㄧ條條絲狀，如果懶得拉也可以和蔬菜湯底一起打碎就好。
- 麵條撈起後，放入有蔬菜湯底的碗內，最後放上 干貝 和 奶油，攪拌即完成。
給湯包吃的麵條就有剪碎，但我比較滿意這個版本的顆粒感，因為其實湯包已經 7 個月了，加上他目前的進食進展，已經不需要吃泥了。
一樣 130 ml 完食（打勾），不過第三個版本比較扎實都是食物，所以份量其實也不能說比第二版少很多。
最後，想和你們聊一下，這次使用的「奶油」，我是使用發酵奶油，成份非常單純：乳脂、鹽 和 乳酸菌種，這種通常要去烘培食品店才買得到。
品牌我是使用如圖下，但其實發酵奶油，都大同小異，也不用一定要跟我使用ㄧ樣的品牌。
（這是有鹽份的，但其實就像黃縱寧醫生說的，寶寶適量的吃點鹽分，是沒問題的。）
而我覺得適量的用點奶油、蒜頭 和 洋蔥等，讓整個副食品的粥麵味道變得超香的呢。
上次吃過日本光和堂 7 個月寶寶粥，發現他們粥可是用柴魚昆布高湯當湯底呢，哈，真的是國民民情不同，我當時也是開了眼界後，也就放寬心了。
