我自己覺得 製作副食品 或 寶寶粥是個歷程，一開始做真的不太會，比例、寶寶喜好都還在探索期，隨著度過副食品的黑暗期（那段彷彿宮廷劇逼喝毒酒的爛劇終於完結。），我們和湯包似乎又找到更好的默契，繼續往前走。寶寶好像常常一陣一陣的，有時這個關卡過了，又來了新的關卡，總是有不同的挑戰，但我知道和很多寶寶相比，湯包似乎是天使型號，所以這個一口接一口全部完食的完美配方，交給你們，可以試看看或許是讓你們有新的想法、新的嘗試，至於你們的寶寶買不買單呢？也歡迎你們回報給我（笑）。

這個 6M+ 寶寶粥的配方，一開始是 南瓜雞肉豆腐藜麥粥 沒想到湯包非常買單，所以過幾天我又嘗試了新菜單： 南瓜雞肉山藥藜麥香粥 同樣受到青睞，用吃光光 150 ml 來回報。
（媽媽感動得痛哭流涕。）（當媽後都為這種小不拉嘰的事情感動。）
所以這篇雖然是紀錄 南瓜雞肉山藥藜麥粥 的食譜，但是也會同步把前一版本 南瓜雞肉豆腐藜麥粥 寫進來，這樣大家就可以依照手邊的食材替換和參考囉。

然後，最近蠻多人詢問 湯包(06m30d) 吃的份量與作息，所以就分享一下大家互相交流囉。
07:00 喝 150ml 配方奶+ 80~100ml 寶寶粥
09:00 去托嬰中心吃水果
11:00 喝 150 ml 配方奶 + 80~100ml寶寶粥
15:00 喝 150ml 配方奶
然後我們最近都 16:00 去接他，發現他好像有點可以戒掉下午到晚餐中間的副食品，昨天第一次嘗試。
17:30 150ml 寶寶粥
21:00 150ml 配方奶

剛好去托嬰中心回來後，也是無心插柳柳成蔭的裝了 150 ml 的寶寶粥讓他嘗試（之前最多吃 120ml），沒想到只剩一口嗑光！
第一次完食 140ml （打勾）

湯包這麼賞臉，真的很激勵媽媽呢，所以想說可以寫來分享，希望你們的寶寶也會喜歡。
如同上篇食譜所提，近期因為湯包去托嬰中心了，我們其實副食品製作次數變少，製作方式和流程也改變囉。
MUJI電子鍋/煮粥 + 大同電鍋/ 蒸煮食材 + Oster 果汁機 / 打碎食材
- 粥：1/4 杯米 + 10 g 的藜麥 + 2 片 乾香菇 + 10 ml 初榨橄欖油
- 食材： 雞肉：南瓜：豆腐 或 山藥 ：水 = 1：1：0.5：0.5（1份=50ml）
這樣製作的份量，大概是 150 ml *4 份的寶寶粥哦。

我覺得香菇是個很神奇的東西，就加兩片其實聞起來沒什麼味道，但是吃起來就香氣十足。
而且藜麥是一個很棒的食材（且其中的氨基酸結構近似於母奶），只是之前我都用大同電鍋煮，但是呢，紅藜麥其實比較硬，所以大同電鍋沒辦法像電子鍋一樣，悶煮達到比較好的效果，所以後來我就 減量 + 用電子鍋煮，這樣湯包便便裡面比較不會有太多紅藜麥顆粒XDDDD
(這個也是實驗多次才累積下來的寶貴經驗，哈)
果汁機部分，只會針對食材部分做稍微打碎（粥的部分不打）。
不過我們這幾次旅行發現湯包其實顆粒狀的都沒什麼問題，不過因為除了粥，平常我們也會餵食他，切成片狀或塊狀的水果、白吐司、便利商店的地瓜等，可能是因為這樣，他其實咀嚼的進展很快。
最後成品：雞肉南瓜山藥藜麥香菇粥。
普遍來說寶寶都喜歡有點甜味的食材，所以除了南瓜外，還推薦可以使用：紅蘿蔔、玉米、芋頭、香菇、高麗菜 和 碗豆等，來做替換，這樣其實變化就蠻多的。
如果是肉類的話，則推薦：雞肉、干貝、排骨湯，味道比較鮮甜的做搭配。
如果你的寶寶很挑食，同樣的菜色不願意連吃兩次的話，例如：早餐和中餐不願意重複。
那可能可以考慮 粥 重複，食材部分就每餐現做、每餐份量少少的，這樣比較不浪費。
我們之前遇到的問題是：副食品剛開葷時，湯包對於牛豬非常反感，常常上演宮廷劇逼餵毒酒的劇情，但慢慢的經歷了黑暗期一個月，他慢慢的也想開了（？），知道這不是毒酒後，也就吃得不亦樂乎，去托嬰中心後食量又更好。
果然有大量的環境刺激，孩子的成長真的就是飛快啊。
