轉眼湯包已經四個月了，開啟品嚐人間食物之路，看到有些寶寶開始吃副食品後，立刻出現厭奶情況（畢竟寶寶奶粉很臭，不吃真的理解。）還好目前湯包吃副食品已經兩週了，並不太挑嘴，對於主食配方奶也是照常喝沒有出現厭奶情形。因為還蠻多粉絲有在詢問副食品這塊，所以還是整理一篇，並分享一下我們怎麼餵副食品、副食品作法，順便簡單分享目前選用的 副食品冰磚盒 Brother Max 和 Pigeon 貝親 心得。
我們是從 4 個月開始餵食副食品的。
（衛福部建議此時開始添加副食品，主要此時母奶、配方奶，已經不足以應付寶寶所需營養。）
一開始我們網路爬文看了前輩們的經驗談、醫生建議，不過我覺得都比較沒什麼系統性，所以後來我搜尋到衛福部有篇：幼兒期營養手冊 / 請點我。
真心覺得手冊講述就非常完整，推薦和我一樣對副食品無頭蒼蠅般不知從何下手的媽媽們，參考這手冊會有詳細的準則說明。

副食品的餵食有階段性，在我還沒看這本幼兒營養手冊時，我對副食品的粗略概念是：
「四個月以前以蔬果為主，六個月以後再開始添加蛋肉，副食品並以多元性為主。」
但是，看了這本幼兒營養手冊後，才發現我的觀念算是有點介於灰色地帶，某部分來說是錯誤的，哈哈哈。

4-6 個月補充副食品，要選擇富含鐵質的食物，並且促進鐵質吸收，可攝取富含 維他命C 的果泥或果汁。
舉例：富含鐵質米精（但有的寶寶會過敏）、深綠色蔬菜、柳丁、芭樂等。
滿 6 個月後，可開始攝取蛋魚豆肉類。
舉例：蛋黃（先蛋黃再蛋白，依序給予）、豬肝、豆腐、紅肉、魚等。
還有兩個需要注意的養分攝取：
第一個是我們一直都很注重的 維他命D ，從湯包一出生我們就開始用 維他命D滴劑（優寶滴），或每日 15 分鐘日曬讓肌膚自動產生維他命D外，也可透過食物補充，像：魚、菇類和雞蛋也都富含維他命D 。
另一個是適量攝取含 碘 的食物，（缺乏會影響智力發展），像：蛋黃、海帶、海藻類等食物。

看完上圖就知道，重點是寶寶要均衡飲食，哈。
但我覺得這點其實對於雙薪家庭的爸媽，算是蠻困難做到的，從全穀雜糧類、 蔬菜類、水果類、豆魚蛋肉類，建議都要讓寶寶多元化的嘗試。
所以我的作法是，偶爾自己做副食品，有時候買外面現成的交替著。
因為自己做通常都是小量的，多樣性至多 3、4 種，但外面現成的有的多達 6 種，這點我比較開放角度，覺得只要是天然無添加的，能讓寶寶多嘗試就多嘗試。
所以，我覺得大家也可以根據上面講述到的營養建議，挑選現成的副食品時也有個準則。
餵食這塊我們比較依照湯包自己吃副食品的步調走，相較起來是比手冊裡面建議的快很多（笑）。
餵食前三天都是 20ml 米湯，第一天還不會吞嚥所以餵食的流出來了、第二天吃得比較好一點、第三天可以吃掉 50% 。
然後我們就直接進入米泥的世界，因為一開始我不確定怎麼準備，所以是去我們家附近的副食品店買現成的，算起來一包 100ml/60元 ，算是還可以接受。
接下來兩週內湯包從 30ml>40ml>50ml>到現在是 60ml ，一開始湯包對於泥狀的還不太會吞嚥，所以 30ml 吃半小時，但連續吃了兩週後 60ml 可以 20 分鐘完食，吞嚥成長進展非常迅速。
而且一開始我們都需要把湯匙和食物一起放在舌頭上，讓他知道有東西然後邊吞邊學著含，後來他都知道有副食品了，臉都超期待會一直死盯著食物，然後把湯匙放入上牙齦處（利用上牙齦刮除食物），他已經懂得壓扁食物、咀嚼了。
看網路上的前輩說，如果懂得壓扁食物，就可以不用繼續泥狀，可以嘗試帶點點顆粒感的，可以讓寶寶持續訓練咀嚼，至於餵食的時間，我們都選擇早上第二餐餵食，然後會再補約 100ml 左右的配方奶。
（一歲前寶寶的主食還是奶，而且一日奶量過少會有脫水的疑慮。）
也因此就算湯包現在副食品可以一口氣 60ml 吃光，我們都還是以「一日一餐」為主。

最後，我終於有時間幫湯包做副食品了，哈。
他滿四個月後我一直都很忙碌，每天處於想放假狀態，前幾天終於有兩天休息空擋，我就開始研究怎麼做副食品，也順便紀錄一下，同時分享我使用的工具給大家參考。
製作副食品重點：完整清洗 和 天然無調味。
食材清洗過後，先將食材蒸熟，工具就是家家戶戶都有的大同電鍋。
我和阿湯哥都覺得副食品是個過渡期，不少前輩也都說打泥時間很短，所以我們也沒有因此再添購料理機，就用手邊有的 九陽便攜果汁機 / 請點我 來打，已經覺得綽綽有餘了！
加水其實就是看每種食材的多寡加入，但基本上我都打得很濃稠的泥，哈。
這次我分別做了兩種口味，一個是洋蔥、香蕉、地瓜、花椰菜，另一個則是 花椰菜、地瓜 ，整體製作時間約 1 個小時，大概可以製作 800 ml 的份量。
然後裝入副食品冰磚盒等待放涼，就可以放入冷凍區囉。

最後簡單講述一下我使用 副食品冰磚盒 Brother Max 和 Pigeon 貝親 的心得。
- Pigeon 貝親：裝入有高低線可依照需求裝入 15ml 或 25ml，價格非常便宜 $100 以內/16格，好裝入也好拆出。只是因為一盒就有四格，所以依照湯包現在吃 60 ml 的份量，要退冰取出變得有其中一格被微退冰後，又冰回冷凍，在保存上面比較有開封後的擔憂。而且材質不能微波、紫外線消毒，所以要取出冰磚後倒入碗再微波，步驟變得有點繁瑣。
- Brother Max（小號）：可以獨立包裝、也可以像積木一樣將每個 Brother Max 連在一起，每個容量 40ml，重點是可以微波、紫外線消毒，可以直接微波後讓寶寶吃，不用再多洗一個碗，讚讚。
下方也有可以推出冰磚的設計，這點我也覺得很貼心。（雖然我沒有要把冰磚推出來哦，哈哈哈）
最後說明一下如何餵食湯包的，然後因為湯包現在還不會坐，所以我們現在是用月亮枕+小靠枕靠在他頭後面，讓他身體呈現 45 度的角度，比較方便我們餵食、他練習吞嚥（現在讓他坐 90 度他會無法吞），至於湯匙是用小獅王的兩用軟質湯匙。
關於湯包滿四個月後的副食品大小事，我已經全部招供了XDDDD
（至於副食品食譜，網路上蠻多前輩分享，這邊我就不贅述囉，反正就掌握原則放心去做就好，別擔心，你都把一個娃兒生出來了，這副食品小事啦。）
