前陣子新聞報導藝人「佩甄」外帶杯 ＄700 奶茶，引起大家討論「什麼樣的奶茶要這麼貴？」當然也引起我們夫妻倆的好奇，我們抱著嚐鮮心態前來探訪這間在國父紀念館巷內的《相思李舍》其實我們結婚的西裝就在他們對面做的，但來來回回這麼多次都沒有注意到（笑）還真的是低調到像民宅的一間店。我們在《相思李舍》待了一個下午，點了奶茶跟咖啡一嚐神秘滋味。
《相思李舍》雖然坐落在熱鬧的國父紀念館站附近，但獨樹一格的店面風格，並不會有太多路過的人入內，店內看來多數都是特地前往（像我們）或是常客。

從門口就感受到濃濃的中國風，連招牌（？）都是以「春聯」作為代表。
入內需先脫鞋入內。店內空間很大但絕大空間都擺放著古玩，整個空間不偌一般咖啡廳為了迎合眾人口味而特意將空間擺設。反而因隨處可見的古玩和佛像，帶著濃郁的「家」的味道。
店內的古玩從世界各地而來，像這尊 190 年的釋迦摩尼佛像（一般咖啡店誰會擺放佛像？）但這尊佛像路過之時忍不住多看他幾眼，如此莊嚴正氣之氣讓人心裡更添上幾分安定。
掛著的鳥籠是來自「明朝」的呢。
雖然並不是第一次來到「無菜單」的店，但通常「無菜單」的店都是依造店內時令菜色做準備，也沒有什麼可以讓客人好選擇的。
但《相思李舍》的咖啡是「客製化」只要你說得出來就調得出來，這確實是太有趣了。（讓我想到「等一個人咖啡的」的阿不思 XD）
我們分別點了一杯咖啡、一杯奶茶。雖然「咖啡」只有黑咖啡一種，但是服務人員會詢問如下…
服務人員：「今天想喝什麼口味的咖啡？」
我：「有什麼口味推薦的嗎？」（內心 OS:我不知道啊啊啊啊）
服務人員：「妳喜歡溫和一點還是活潑一點的？」
我：「溫和一點的好了。」
服務人員：「那想要帶有什麼香氣呢？花香、紅酒香的好嗎？」
我：「花香好了」又問：「會酸苦嗎？」
服務人員：「我們的咖啡全都不會酸苦！不用擔心。」
就這樣的一答一問當中，完成了「黑咖啡」點餐，至於奶茶部分似乎是固定的，所以點了就會上。
點完餐後，服務人員拿著磨好的咖啡豆請我們聞，第一次聞咖啡粉單純的香味，第二次聞用手在玻璃外搓揉後加熱後咖啡粉的香味，第三次請我們用嘴巴吸。
神奇的是！！！三次味道都不盡相同，雖然我們並沒有在研究咖啡，沒辦法聞得出咖啡品種和產區，但咖啡豆的高級與否也是在聞香的瞬間就會有感覺的。
《相思李舍》的奶茶的奶是選用鮮奶燉煮 6-7 小時以上，奶茶也是以「奶味」為主佔了整體味道的 70% ，茶味雖並沒有跳出來而是與奶融為一體。單問味道好不好喝？答案是：「好喝」而且整體搭配非常的特別！
服務人員建議「黑咖啡冷的時候更好喝」，確實許多高級的咖啡並不會因為冷卻而顯得酸苦，原本對此提醒也不意外，但是熱冷各有不同風味，冷的時候花香的味道更為明顯！讓咖啡味道更上一層樓。而平心而論他們家的咖啡其實很不咖啡味，完全和印象中的咖啡相似又不相像，很神奇的感覺，而且一口咖啡在口舌與鼻腔間逗留的味道，只能用「千迴百轉」的味道來形容。
真的是有種「看山似山，看水似水」的感覺。
而我自己覺得一杯在一般咖啡廳的咖啡也是賣上 ＄200 或者更貴，這杯沒有花俏的裝飾，味道上卻是如此豐富「真讓人印象深刻」。而一杯 ＄ 500 值不值得呢？我覺得值得！
這次《相思李舍》總消費共 ＄1,200 ，是的，並不便宜。奶茶我覺得是很特殊且濃郁，但如果與咖啡相比，我更愛他們家的「咖啡」！！純粹中又帶有豐富韻味的咖啡！
