來到宜蘭除了古早味美食的探訪，當然整個台灣東岸都延綿著海港，來此不趁機來吃海鮮實在太可惜了，你們說是不是？原本這次來宜蘭完全沒有計劃，想說船到橋頭自然直，沒想到意外獲得羅東的朋友推薦這間《六本木四季料理》非常靠近羅東火車站和客運轉運站旁（但離客運比較近，根本就是一下車就到了XD)，朋友說他們家族聚會很常來這間吃，因為其實選擇蠻多元的，如果不確定要吃什麼可以吃套餐，又或是依照當日進貨來挑選龜山島當日現撈海產也是不錯的選擇，哈，光聽這樣就已經在流口水了。不過因為流氓夫妻也是第一次造訪，想說先來點個 $880 套餐內容： 7 餐 + 1 甜點，除了新鮮美味之餘，更是可以看到店家創意料理的精緻與用心，運用宜蘭當地的食材，還有日本直送的海膽，吃下來超級划算的啦，不虧是在地人推薦的好餐廳，超高 CP 值帶長輩來面子超足夠（挺）！一起來看看這間在地人推薦聚餐好去處的海鮮料理餐廳吧。
流氓夫妻身邊不少朋友也都很愛來宜蘭玩，畢竟宜蘭除了開車，現在搭乘客運或火車也都很方便，而 六本木的位置非常棒，就在羅東後火車站和客運轉運站附近，對於不是自行開車的朋友也是非常便利。而如果是開車的朋友也不用擔心，六本木 附有停車場，也不用煩惱車要停哪裡，所以不論怎麼來都方便！

低調而沉穩的日系色調搭配維持著歷史痕跡的宜蘭老宅，有種中日混合的風格（笑）。
對於有附停車場的餐廳都覺得格外窩心，畢竟開車族們吃個飯還要忙著找位子也是很累人的啊。

此時肚子已經餓得咕嚕咕嚕叫啦，準備推開門進去大快朵頤啦！耶～
順帶一提，六本木入口大門的手把其實是海邊撿拾漂流木打造而成的喔！！看起來是不是很有特色呢？
入口左側放著一整排酒，日本燒酒或是威士忌都有。
座位選擇還蠻多元的，一樓區域就是 4-6 人的小方桌為主，適合朋友或同事聚餐。
很日系的透明冰櫃前的吧檯座位區，可以看到專注在料理上的師傅，這絕對是每次來日式料理店最棒的風景之一。
二樓則多以包廂和大圓桌為主，很適合包場，像是家族聚會、公司尾牙都蠻適合的。
其實剛開始來的時候，也會以為這只是一間宜蘭眾多的無菜單料理的其中一間（笑）。
但隨著戴老闆的熱情招呼和介紹，我們也才了解對戴老闆而言這並不是只是「料理」，而因為宜蘭有豐富的海鮮資源，所以料理方式仿效討海人，提供給客人最簡單原味的海鮮！餐廳內的二樓也是老闆特意保留的小細節，保留著老宅的風情，同時也保留了純真宜蘭人的純樸之心。
我們來的這天剛好寒流報到，店內的服務小姐趕緊替我們送上熱呼呼的茶水。
我們這次點的是四季精選套餐 $880 /人，還有 $1280 的可以選擇，都一樣是 7 菜+ 1 甜點，差別在於餐點內容不同。除了菜單上面的選項，店員還特別推薦 龜山島現撈海鮮，不過因為每日進貨不一定，所以這就需要洽詢服務人員！
第一道上來時完全引起我們一陣驚呼！！！因為內容超豐富的啊，有鮪魚、鮭魚、干貝、鮭魚、海膽和山藥麵！
生魚片就是鮮甜中綻放著淡淡油質的香味，非常新鮮美味！
最讓人驚豔的是海膽完全沒有腥味，就像飛去日本吃一樣，在詢問之下原來這些海膽都是從日本飛來的，難怪這麼鮮甜好吃！
因為這次還有和娃娃一起來，身為孕婦的她很乖沒吃生食，所以請店家很貼心幫她換成手捲。
宜蘭代表名產之一也是「櫻桃鴨」，櫻桃鴨之所以好吃，因為標榜純淨無污染的環境，所以肉質細嫩且甘甜，過去都是專門外銷日本的，現在台灣宜蘭也有些店家有在販售，不過比較常見的都是高檔的飯店和餐廳。
櫻桃鴨的口感細嫩好咬嚼，吃下後會有鮮甜的味道，下面的洋蔥可搭可不搭配，就算只是單單品嚐櫻桃鴨也很美好！旁邊的小角落還有一個稻禾壽司，醋飯的味道也很不錯，兩口一下就被我們嗑掉了。
這組是「鮑魚哈密瓜」還真是第一次看到這個組合，呵。
師傅已經先將鮑魚處理過，所以只要輕輕一拉鮑魚就剝離殼，真是貼心。而鮑魚先經過火烤處理，再搭配蝦卵一起入口，甜甜鹹鹹的滋味再搭配富有彈力的口感，讓人很滿足。下方的水蜜桃被切成小小的方糖形狀，在鮑魚之後吃剛剛好。
這道也是吃特別的！上面是「明太子雞翅」，中間是「竹炭薄餅」，墊在下面的是「蘿蔔糕」，哈，真的是好有趣的組合。
雞翅已經被處理過了，裡面完全沒有骨頭，而是被塞滿了滿滿的明太子，明太子醃製的味道恰到好處，被雞翅的滑嫩帶著彈性的口感包覆著是細緻的軟綿明太子口感！！！真的很好吃！而被放在最底下的蘿蔔糕口感也是一絕的，一口咬下滿滿的小蘿蔔夾雜在裡頭，也是很扎實的古早好味道！
香魚因為肉質鮮美被日本人深受喜歡，甚至是日本皇室都很愛，所以雖然全台七成的香魚都被飼養在宜蘭，只是大多都外銷日本，所以也是不常見。
香魚的表皮被煎得有點香脆，鮮甜的魚肉搭配中間滑嫩的嫩豆腐一同入口，口感香 Q 且入口回甘。
起司海鮮捲搭配宜蘭三星桑椹醬，海鮮捲內的蝦肉甘甜而完整，搭配起司醬料和餅皮一起入口，口味上偏甜，應該是大小朋友都會很喜歡的口味。至於一旁的桑椹醬料酸酸甜甜的裡面滿滿的桑椹原汁沾的味道很開胃。
套餐的第 7 道出現了湯品，對於喜歡喝湯的我們來說，覺得格外貼心，哈，很符合台灣人的飲食習慣。
雖然此時已經吃得飽到不行，但看到湯完全是另外一個胃啊 XD
湯頭是日本進口的昆布熬煮多時，在上桌前再加入蛤蠣、干貝、花椰菜和蝦子，等候煮滾就可享用了。不虧是昆布湯頭清爽而甘甜，蝦子還已經事先剝好殼，非常貼心，以清爽甘甜做為結尾真美好！
甜點是日本傳統和菓子，初次看到以為很像水晶球，讓我們每一個人都覺得好逗趣！
這逗趣的景象一貼上臉書立刻引起一堆朋友熱烈討論，哈，這個可愛的透明小甜點叫做「水信玄餅」是用糯米粉做成軟年糕後沾上黃豆粉和黑糖漿一起吃，非常清爽可口的味道！
六本木 料理以海鮮為主，所以除了每日都會有的壽司、握壽司，其實很多都是依照當日食材做安排。
雖然這次沒吃到壽司，但聽說店內的「毛毛蟲壽司」也是人氣招牌之一，下次來想要嘗試看看！
