「綠豆蒜」幾年前在北部幾乎沒有人知道是什麼，隨著美食節目的報導與挖掘，現在北部也不少間綠豆蒜專賣店，而這間位在伊通街的《綠豆蒜蝦啥咪》老闆娘的媽媽是車城人，隨著父母從小就定居在台北，每每總是懷念起外婆在睡前哄著他們說「睡醒就可以吃綠豆蒜」，但在北部總是找尋不到懷念的味道。花了好幾年不斷嘗試許多配方，才有自信地把最夠味、最香醇、最懷念、最道地的古早味與大家分享！這間《綠豆蒜蝦啥咪》味道怎麼樣呢？一起來看看吧！
第一次看到店名還一度懷疑是真的叫做《綠豆蒜蝦啥咪》嗎？不過小小的店內在 4 月氣溫剛回溫時就幾乎坐滿了人，可見其人氣之高！

↓因為我忘了拍門口了，所以我們就從《綠豆蒜蝦啥咪》店內開始聊起吧♡相較於許多台北的冰店店內桌椅整齊劃一的簡潔力，《綠豆蒜蝦啥咪》則有點鄉間下吃的隨性感，要不是門口有帶著藍綠色的玻璃門我差點就要以為我現在置身於鄉間的冰店內。
↓牆壁上滿滿的旅遊世界和車牌，感覺老闆娘很想要出去玩XD (難怪六日要休息)
↓ 點餐區小巧而親切，老闆娘看朋友和我們站在點餐區前猶豫不決，沒有任何不耐反而親切的問我們要不要試喝「綠豆蒜」，剛煮好的綠豆蒜是溫熱的，搭配用桂圓熬煮出來的甘甜，非常好吃！我們立刻下了決定點店內招牌「挫冰綠豆蒜＄50」（可再選兩種配料，多一種多 $10）和「玫瑰鹽鳳梨冰＄75」來嚐嚐！
↓配料區每一個都看起來非常誘人，而且幾乎都是以自然食材為主，較少加工製品。
↓冰品的部分就依個人喜好選擇。
↓「挫冰綠豆蒜」上頭會淋著黑糖，清爽且甘甜宜人的口感，非常誘人。
↓把伴隨著黑糖的挫冰消滅後，就是親愛的綠豆蒜等候著我們，搭著淡淡的桂圓香氣，咬起來清脆有口感。
↓底部的是選配的料，朋友選的是「豆花」和「綠豆」清甜爽口，帶入一口黑糖冰緩緩地在口舌間融化實在是夏日的一大樂事！
↓「玫瑰鹽鳳梨冰」滿滿的醃製鳳梨，微微的酸帶著一點甘甜，一口鳳梨、一口冰，搭配淋在冰上的桂花，非常特別的風味，上頭灑著些許的玫瑰鹽更顯得色澤剔透！
《綠豆蒜蝦啥咪》店內的人客也都是幾乎衝著「綠豆蒜」而來，而且滿滿的一碗冰、三種配料，實在是非常料好實在！流氓顆自己更喜歡溫熱的「綠豆蒜」因為合著桂圓的味道有種溫潤爽口，就像恆春的春天溫和宜人呢。這樣的古早又純樸的味道確實讓人懷念！好吃！
