宜蘭的夜生活通常就是看看夜景或吃吃宵夜，而上次去宜蘭剛好遇上好天氣一連看了兩天夜景，一天是三清宮可以遠眺梅花湖的夜景，另一天則是兔子迷宮，對於能夠坐著喝點東西，並一起享受著宜蘭靜謐的夜景實在非常愜意（笑）而且兔子迷宮日夜有不同風情，晚上適合來看夜景，白天來的話還有設計一個尋找兔子的小迷宮可以玩，店內也有讓小朋友瘋狂的溜滑梯和一整片廣闊的草皮，相信對許多爸媽來說應該都是非常棒的親子景觀餐廳吧。
兔子迷宮就位在知名夜景觀賞地「橘子咖啡」旁，不過因為橘子咖啡的飲料之前去過一次覺得普普，所以這次就決定來新開不久的 兔子迷宮 看看，畢竟就開在旁邊，相信夜景的迷人程度也不相上下吧。

營業時間：11:00-23:00，週六延長至 24:00 結束營業。
門口的櫃檯以為會有需要等候安排位置，不過遲疑了 5 秒鐘發現沒有人出來接待，我們就自動自發的進去了（笑）。
而路線被規劃先經過餐廳內，就是很像宮廷風格的白色門口。
旁邊這看起來很像叢林的迷宮，就是主打的 兔子迷宮 ，可以在迷宮的尾端找到可愛的小兔子們。
餐廳的門口或餐廳內都有許多小熊們，好像很多餐廳都會以小熊做為裝飾。
當然這裡是禁菸，如果有寵物還請裝進籠子中，當然也提供免費 WIFI ，也歡迎帶小朋友一起來。
餐廳內也有一整排靠窗的吧台區域，可以在此遠眺宜蘭枕山的夜景。
還有塗鴉牆和小型溜滑梯，對於 2-6 歲的小朋友應該都很適合。
看起來夏天還會有泳池，不過現在已經入秋了，所以池內的水就被放掉了。
而這裡還有主打天空步道，可以從二樓較高的處看夜景，整座樓梯被打上藍色的光芒，走在上頭還蠻浪漫的。
宜蘭的夜景雖然不像台北這樣的大都市有著標誌性的建築所發散出的閃亮，但相對的卻是享受著在靜謐的夜晚蟲鳴的聲音，搭配著綿延而小點閃爍的景色，其實別有一種舒服的風味！
我們因為已經吃過晚餐再過來 兔子迷宮，所以就點了份大蒜麵包，不過麵包的口感偏硬，如果不喜歡咬嚼的朋友可能會比較不喜歡這樣的口感，但是味道基本上是還蠻不錯的呦～
拼盤比想像中的大盤且豐富，而且每一樣都蠻好吃的，尤其搭配沾醬甜甜的口感實在是非常迷人。
對於這拼盤印象很深，因為就算後面冷掉了，我們還是覺得口感不錯，還把全部吃完沒有浪費（笑）
至於燉飯也是份量很大，以一個女生來講應該吃不太完，應該會是 2 人份量。
調味也還蠻不錯的，飯的口感濕軟，搭配炸的酥脆的雞柳條還蠻對味的。
飲料部分則是有點忘記點了什麼，不過也都還不錯。
整體來說 兔子迷宮 設計了非常多的空間與項目，不論大人小朋友來都會覺得有很多新奇的探險可以前往挖掘，同時也因為日夜擁有不同的風情，所以真的很有趣，更重要的是打破許多對於景觀餐廳的迷思「東西少又不好吃又貴」只能說不僅空間設計很寬敞，同時餐點也都蠻有水準的，還有漂亮的景觀可以看，算是蠻值得呦！想要來宜蘭看夜景或是遛小孩的話 兔子迷宮 會是蠻好的選擇！
