這幾年宜蘭無菜單料理很多，而《肴饌手作坊》則是隱藏在五結巷弄內的低調美食，也因為才剛開半年所以幾乎只有在地老饕知道。老闆娘因為偏好養生料理，所以也將這些料理分享給大家一起享用，而因為食材需事先準備，為講求品質《肴饌手作坊》採預約制，每餐限定 8 組客人，老闆娘一點都不在乎翻桌率，只希望來到這裡的大家能吃到她最自豪且滿意的養生料理。也因為老闆娘的堅持與用心道道精緻好吃，吃完清爽無負擔，讓我們夫妻倆和同行的朋友都想下次帶著家裡的長輩一起前來享用呢！
《肴饌手作坊》每人 $890 ，總共有 7 道菜 1 水果，每樣食材都是精挑細選，以這樣的精緻度與美味真的非常划算！而店內也會不定期置換菜單，我們前往的時候因前一天海浪太大而漁船沒有出海，老闆娘還頻頻說抱歉沒有讓我們吃到她自豪的料理之一「生魚片」，因為都是選用當日新鮮魚貨所以新鮮度很夠！不過也因為這次品嚐留下了極好的印象，相信下次再來也是不遠之日啦。

↓ 《肴饌手作坊》位在巷內，還貼心的設有停車場與無障礙坡道。低調的日式的外觀，隱藏在民宅區內不仔細看可能會不小心就錯過了（笑）。
↓ 店內開闊的空間總共 8 桌，而老闆娘表示她希望來這邊的客人慢慢且自在的享用料理，所以每個時段只賣 8 組，一天也只賣 16 組。
↓ 我們一上桌老闆娘就上了茶，來自阿里山石桌區，味道清香而特殊，非常舒適。
↓第一道開胃菜就是老闆娘自製的「花生豆腐和現榨芭樂汁」，先喝清甜爽口的芭樂汁，再用小湯匙將豆腐搓洞輕輕倒入老闆娘自己釀的醬油，再將豆腐上方的芥末抹開一起吃，花生清香在口中蔓延和融化，味道非常棒！
↓而接著上燉煮 8 小時的魚翅，魚翅的膠質經過燉煮非常濃稠，豪邁的一整片魚翅吃起來清甜爽口，而且不需要沾醋味道就非常棒了。
↓多種自己摘種養殖的鮮蔬與蝦子，尤其是蝦子吃起來飽滿 Q 彈，搭配現磨的蘿蔔泥醬爽口好吃；同時也上宜蘭名產金棗，搭配一起吃更增添風味。
↓ 黑米壽司和日本稻荷壽司，皆是以黑米作為主軸，黑米獨特的香氣讓人難以忘懷，咬起來的口感介於糯米和米飯中間，非常誘人！
↓烤羊排和雞肉，羊排鮮嫩多汁且火候恰到好處，而且豪邁的一口咬下也沒有「筋」，口感極佳；雞肉更是鮮嫩到不行，表皮些微焦脆口感，讓人讚不絕口！
↓大口吃肉之後接著來點清爽的小物，烘過的海苔搭配自己摘種的菜葉、清甜的高麗菜絲與百香果醬汁。海苔並沒有因為包覆著葉菜而潮濕失去應有的脆度，所以一口咬下海苔的清脆與葉菜的清爽以及內陷的清甜，非常有層次的一道菜！
↓最後一道煲湯經過 18 小時燉煮，先用新鮮蔬果燉煮做湯底，再加入大骨燉煮，相當耗時好力的一道功夫煲湯。煲湯內的山藥是老闆娘自己摘種的，因為沒有用長管促使山藥長得又直又快，所以口感格外扎實濃厚。
↓ 蓮藕和蓮子都新鮮好吃，尤其蓮子更是清脆中帶甜，非常棒！
↓ 水果當然也是精挑細選，老闆娘建議我們先吃番茄再吃香瓜，番茄是溫室摘種，軟甜好入口，接著再吃甜度破表的香瓜！真的非常棒！（難怪一定要先吃番茄，哈）
整體而言《肴饌手作坊》有著老闆娘對於養生料理的堅持與用心，每一道料理都精緻又好吃。對老闆娘來說，自己喜歡吃的料理能夠獲得客人的迴響就是最大的滿足，所以當我們吃完後頻頻稱讚並說著希望下次帶長輩一起來品嚐時，對老闆娘來說就是最棒的稱讚。近期吃了很多隱藏美食，發現很多隱藏美食都擁有這樣的精神，不求翻桌率求客人吃得好、吃得健康，客人開心他們也開心！仔細想想，人不就這樣嗎？努力做並走在正確的道路上，終究會被看見的。大家共勉之！
