在網路上也是一片好評的《瞞著爹三店》雖然位於微風廣場附近，之前經過好幾次都沒注意到，裝潢非常低調不仔細看會以為只是年久失修的日式老宅 XD。雖然外表不起眼但《瞞著爹》憑著高人氣也是開了三間店呢 (不過三間賣的都不一樣喔)，看到菜單中有我愛的海膽和鮭魚卵兩大組合的丼飯，讓我不得不手刀前往！！哈哈！來來來，一起來看食記吧！
抱著很大的期待前往《瞞著爹三店》，採取在門口看菜單＆付錢的形式，因為店門口也恰逢風口，所以點餐時有種狼狽的倉促感…

《瞞著爹三店》的門口就長這樣，是不是很低調呢？如果從前面走過不注意看是不是會覺得很像年久失修的日式民宅呢。
《瞞著爹三店》門口放著「海鮮丼」表示本店主要販賣項目，而牆上也有些今日限量可以參考。
點完餐付完款，開門入內店員請我們以對坐方式坐四人座位，旁邊同時還有一對對坐的情侶也正在享用。雖然這個時段店內並沒有人潮爆滿，但店員還是發揮座位極大化的精神邀請（？）大家入座…
冰箱內也有今天的海鮮食材，採用透明化的形式展示給大家。
等候約 5 分鐘，服務人員就替我們上了「蝦頭味增 ＄60」，一份很大碗可以兩個人一起喝沒問題，而且裡面各種蝦頭都有，《瞞著爹三店》也很大方的放入 4 隻蝦頭！吃起來也很過癮呦！
而我點的是「豪快盛海膽丼 ＄580」滿滿的鮭魚卵鋪在醋飯上，並用三大個「海膽」搭配剛起鍋的「玉子燒」！整體份量很澎派，不過或許是我個人比較偏好醃製味道較重的「鮭魚卵」，他們家的「鮭魚卵」醃製味道較清爽，鮭魚卵並不太有鹹味而使內含「魚肝油」的味道變濃。而位於鮭魚卵下方的醋飯也較為濕潤，兩個搭配起來稍微沒那麼下飯。但是「海膽」搭配大量的蔥吃起來非常爽！！！這是無庸置疑的！只是「玉子燒」的油鍋味有點重，吃起來少了應該有的「蛋清香」…
雖說如此，整體吃起來還是不錯的，只是我個人覺得沒那麼完美罷了（挑惕鬼 ←）
至於流氓湯點的是「比目魚丼飯 $480」比目魚是個富含油脂的魚類，常見的料理手法以「炙燒」為主，雖然平平大家都是採用相同的料理手法，但出來的風味卻可以相差甚遠，是個非常考驗料理技術的「魚類」。而《瞞著爹三店》炙燒的方式，顯得比目魚過油再搭配偏濕的醋飯…..那口感….不要問！你不會想知道！
雖然《瞞著爹三店》並不是所有餐點都讓我們喜歡，但他們料給得很豐富澎派也是真的，至於好不好吃就見仁見智啦！
