上次去東京前看到有人大推 Calbee 的水果穀片，重點是買的人呈現一個囤貨的狀態，我心裡還默默地不以為意，想說有這麼必要嗎？但！！我錯了，上回買了一包驚覺根本不夠，所以來到沖繩時一個瞬間我也變成囤貨的人了（哎呀～臉好腫XDD）。這次買的時候，阿湯哥一直想勸退我，因為覺得麥片實在太佔行李箱空間，但我耳朵自動屏蔽，一邊說知道了，一邊把不同口味的 Calbee 放入購物籃。不過事實證明，行李箱的空間就跟胸部一樣擠一下就有了（？），哈，終究我還是把看到的每一種口味都帶回台灣了，來看看吧～
Calbee 卡樂比就是讓大家瘋狂的薯條三兄弟的那間公司啊，
還記得當年第一次去日本時，還有同事拜託我幫忙買個幾包回來。
時光轉回現在！Calbee 是日本連續兩年銷售 NO.1 的麥片喔，
可以當早餐，同時還可以當零嘴，
也因為含 4種水果，4種穀物，3種果實類，11種豐富營養，

還蠻習慣早餐就吃穀物麥片的流氓夫妻，
最近早餐都在吃 Calbee 為了想要一探各種口味的奧妙啊啊啊，
我們總共買了 5 種口味：巧克力、綜合水果、芒果、黑豆和椰子，
只有芒果和椰子口味都是期間限定的，
其他口味應該很容易在各大超市、藥妝店或賣場看到喔。
價格部分，我買 800 g $698円，240 g $360円～
從肉眼觀察可能會發現 Calbee 的麥片跟一般麥片，比較起來比較圓滾滾和立體感，
（一般麥片長得像巧克力口味的樣子。）
吃起來口感也比較小巧輕脆，有點點似爆米花，
就算是老人家或小朋友也可以輕鬆入口，
加上每種口味都擁有多種水果口味～所以口感上是豐富且易食喔！
第一個先來介紹的口味是“巧克力”口味，
一般來說 Calbee 都會有保鮮夾鏈袋，目前只有巧克力這款沒有。
建議一日食用 40 g，這樣一包的份量大概是 6 天左右就可以吃完。
成分中還有包含食物纖維、維生素 A、B1、B2、B6、B12、C、D 和葉酸等多種營養！
巧克力的口感吃起來很刷嘴，就算拿來當零食也沒問題，
不過單吃是稍微甜一點（和其他口味比），所以蠻適合搭配優格等～當作手作甜點的絕佳搭配口味。
所以流氓顆平常吃的時候，巧克力一定會搭著其他口味一起吃，
有時候還會再加入水果，這樣早餐就變得超豐盛呢！
我得了一種看到期間限定就想買的病
於是連猶豫的瞬間都沒有就入手了這個神秘的椰子口味～真的是很有夏天的感覺啊。
Calbee 的穀物都是以新鮮烘培的的玄米、燕麥、麥子、膳食纖維做成的，
水果則是夏季特選的芒果、百香果、木瓜、南瓜和椰子。
芒果和椰子的味道都還蠻搶眼的，
經過烘培的芒果滋味依舊很棒，像是濃縮版的愛文芒果～香甜好吃，哈。
至於椰子當中帶著一點奶味，還保留沙沙的口感，如同現吃椰子的果肉般。
另一個期間限定的就是“芒果”口味啦。
幾乎看到滿滿的芒果，所以吃起來是酸酸甜甜的滋味，
很適合常常因為天氣悶熱而食慾不振的夏季呢（笑）。
再來是～原本位居我心目中 NO.1 ，不過現在被擠掉成為 NO.2 的綜合水果口味！！噹噹噹～
這個也是所有口味當中賣最好的～
如果猶豫不知道該買哪個口味的話，非常推薦先從綜合口味下手。
綜合口味的內容超豐富，而且很常見擁有 800 g 大容量包裝，
水果擁有草莓、葡萄、蘋果、木瓜、南瓜，還有玉米、杏仁和椰子，真的是豐富到滿出來了XDD
相對前面幾種口味～這個口味是真的可以吃得出來有多種不同的水果在裡頭，
甜甜的水果乾和爽脆好入口的穀片，吃得時候覺得超幸福的！！真的好好吃！
而且本身就已經擁有多種水果了，就算不額外添加水果也沒問題喔，
對於懶人來說真的是最好的早餐必備（笑）
擠掉剛剛綜合水果成為 NO.1 的，就是這次買到的新口味“黑豆”，
因為流氓夫妻本身很喜歡黑豆的清香，作為起床後的第一個開頭～有種清爽舒適的口感。
水果有 4 種：柿餅、黑豆、葡萄和南瓜籽。
黑豆擁有非常多營養，尤其對女生來說非常好，
可以防止小黑斑和細紋的產生，對於肌膚保養很有幫助！
相較於豐富鮮豔的滋味，喜歡享受恬淡中的清爽美好的朋友，非常推薦你買黑豆口味喔！
