品牌中充滿的濃濃的美式嬉皮風格，主要也是因創辦的靈魂人物就是搖滾樂團的律師 Bob Rook ！
大家都以為「嬉皮」指得是 60 年代年輕人輕率衣著風格、反資本主義，又或者是吸毒的邊緣人？
但其實嬉皮的宗旨是「和平相處＆好好愛地球」，也因為這樣 emack and bolio’s 在冰淇淋的製作過程中都可以吃得到天然的水果果粒、自然不打生長激素的牛所產生出的牛奶喔！
而擁有繽紛且疊疊樂一樣的 E&B 冰淇淋 ，
成功地讓每個人都像回到童年那個會在夏日為了支冰淇淋而笑開懷的小孩一樣。
這次的目標就是傳說中可以玩堆堆樂的冰淇淋啦，冰淇淋單球 $120、雙球 $190、三球 $250，
而且甜筒口味繽紛花俏，真的超特別，甜筒口味：原味 $25、巧克力 $50、棉花糖 $70。
其實還有像是聖代或冰沙等商品，但每個出來的人都人手一支冰淇淋就知道必點招牌是什麼啦（笑）。
冰淇淋口味共 24 種！
除了一目了然的口味，
還有讓人忍不住好奇到底是什麼口味啊？
像是「泥巴派」就是咖啡+oreo+巧克力脆片。
我看國外的 instagram 分享點超過 4 球真的是冰淇淋界的 101 啊～
來之前流氓夫妻有稍微做點功課，大家普遍對水果口味評價較高，
所以點了一個 18 號 水蜜桃 和 20 號 泥巴派，再加點一個 水果 loop 的甜筒。
光是甜筒感覺就是平常一個蛋糕的份量啊（笑）
真心覺得 E&B 就像是重金屬的搖滾樂團，
每個部分都非常的搶眼，就算已經有繽紛又鮮豔的甜筒和冰淇淋了，
還可以要求撒上 mm 巧克力或巧克力碎片！
第二球的冰淇淋就像要求四小龍金雞獨立一樣，
穩紮穩打的妥妥的站在上方，我想這是因為是綿密扎實且無空隙的冰淇淋吧！
水蜜桃：可以吃得到水蜜桃的果粒，而且味道是真材實料的味道，吃起來清爽獨特，真的好吃。
泥巴派：因為是咖啡+orea+巧克力碎片，所以吃起來比較甜，但就是單純甜。
甜筒：一整圈的彩虹圈脆餅，咬起來很脆口，但也是甜。
簡言之，口味當中最愛水蜜桃口味，其他雖然不會膩口或吃了不舒服但還是沒辦法吃那麼多甜，所以最後沒吃完。
但是不得不說拍起照來真的很有威力，吃起來也真的是很真材實料的感覺，對流氓夫妻來說比較甜一點，但嚐鮮覺得趣味滿分喔！
