在大家的心目中傳統的羊肉爐就有酒香，或是一定要多人才好點？這間《蔡媽咪養生羊肉爐》已經是二訪，第一次發現有提供雙人套餐的貼心店家，對我跟阿湯哥來說吃起來剛好飽，二訪則是忽然想念起那美好的湯頭，又完全不太羊騷滋味，讓我們夫妻倆特地開車過去 40 分鐘也值得。
還記得第一次來原本是來龍潭想吃彩色的車輪餅，但因為已經賣完了，含恨（？）之餘就恰巧找到蔡媽咪羊肉爐來洩恨XDDD
因為發現很好吃，加上沒有加酒，就連開車的阿湯哥來吃也沒問題，也因此造就了“二訪”啦。

店門口強調「健康無負擔」和「新鮮原味」，不過最吸引我們夫妻倆的是有自家種的「山茼蒿」啊。
第一次顆顆原本沒有抱太多期待，但有有時候生活的驚喜就是在於，其實你沒有抱太大的期待，但卻比想像中好太多，所以這次拍照都是二訪才拍的。
除了羊肉爐，其實還有其他熱炒類，但對我們夫妻倆來說，點兩人份的套餐剛剛好，所以也沒有再額外多點了。
這天剛好帶了廣角鏡，一次把所有食物入境（笑）。
蔡媽咪羊肉爐的鍋爐上桌會等個約 10 分鐘左右，但好處是他們會先幫你把點的料都加入去煮，上桌只要開動就可以。
我們一樣點了山茼蒿和羊油麵線，上次吃都覺得很棒，就一切照舊啦。
他們家的羊油麵線完全不油膩，也沒有羊騷味的，真的很好奇怎麼辦到的？
我們的羊肉爐選了羊腳筋，筋和骨頭一咬就骨肉分離，而且筋很 Q 嫩，非常好入口。
湯頭比較偏向清爽的紅燒，湯中也沒什麼羊騷味，幾乎被處理的很像牛肉了，而且湯中的油質也不會很濃郁，喝起來清爽又舒適，再搭配自家栽種的山茼蒿，整個就是讓人很享受。
醬料也都是老闆娘自己做的，味道不會很重鹹，在外面肯定也吃不到這種專為此湯頭調和的醬料。
吃到一半時老闆娘還特地拿自己炒的辣椒，只要一點點就讓整體味道提升的有另一種層次，香而不辣吃起來很是神清氣爽啊，不過這味道還真的蠻辣的，哈。
原本只是抱著補償心態的初訪來到《蔡媽咪養生羊肉爐》，但就這樣讓我們整個愛上，也真的不簡單，而害怕羊騷味的朋友來這邊絕對不用擔心，因為這裡和過往你想像中的羊肉爐都不一樣XDD
真的如同店名所說吃起來清爽無比，堪稱「養生」一點也不為過啊。
