人好像到了一個年紀，就容易對某些東西產生依賴，哈，流氓顆身邊不少朋友都是咖啡因愛好者，雖說我不是那種對咖啡產地或品種可以如數家珍的人，但也算蠻愛喝的，多少還是喝得出來好壞（笑）。某天剛好在台北內湖附近，想要找間舒適空間的咖啡店，看到在咖啡廳屆算小有名氣的《湛盧咖啡》在內湖拓展了間兩層的豪華分店，一樓是咖啡販售，二樓則是咖啡廳，環境寬敞位置也大，咖啡和餐點都非常優秀，選個窗邊位置更是 100 分。

但門市前面的資訊又把這劃掉，
所以其實怕白跑一趟的話建議可以先致電詢問。
湛盧是間非常特別的咖啡店，不只是賣著一杯咖啡，
同時連咖啡的人文與技術都樂於分享，
其實如果對手工咖啡有興趣，其實他們也有開班授課。
器具也相較於相當具有規模，連中大型的冰滴咖啡壺都有。
（擺這個在家裡，好像有種科學家做實驗的感覺XD）
另一側就是湛盧自家烘培的咖啡豆，每間咖啡店都會賣著這樣的商品，
其實咖啡豆品種本身富有的味道之外，接下來烘豆的過程佔 80% 的味道影響，
當然擁有的機器和 SOP 化的過程味道就越擁有一慣性和品質，
但是也有不少人喜歡嚐鮮，選擇私家烘培豆，味道則比較不一定。
不過這次來不是為了買咖啡，
所以經過櫃台確認二樓咖啡廳有位置後，
我們就直接前往二樓了。
不得不說湛盧真的是將咖啡當作精品與文化並行經營，
流暢而華麗的 U 型吧台，和一整片開闊視野的窗邊座位，光是如此就讓人覺得享受不已。
人行道的樹高聳的穿過透明玻璃與我們打招呼，就這樣坐著，有種都市叢林的衝突感。
除了窗邊，在另一側還有獨立的空間，因為還有插頭，所以也有人會帶著筆電來工作或談事情。
戶外還有座位，可惜當天下著雨，所以幾乎沒有人。
湛盧咖啡有個特別的地方是擁有會員制，會員和非會員內外用都有價差，
其實想想也蠻合理的，與其尋尋覓覓每一個路過的旅人，不如善待那對你從一而終的人，
我想湛盧找得是那個懂得愛他的每一位。
因為流氓夫妻並不是會員，所以 可可瑪琪朵 $ 210，
比較起來好像有點貴，但確實奶泡的綿密細緻和柔順的口感，讓我至今仍印象深刻，
我接連著喝一口稱讚著一次「好喝」，就這樣重複了好幾次。
阿湯哥點的咖啡，我們完全性的健忘是什麼名品，
但咖啡香氣溫和的從口舌纏繞上鼻腔，也是讓平常不太喝咖啡的阿湯哥很滿意。
輕食旁邊都會搭配拳頭大的沙拉，但上頭的油醋醬滋味真的很棒！
塔香雞肉鹹派 $140 鹹派口感也是扎實中帶著酥脆。
煙燻鮭魚三明治 $200
烤得清脆的全麥三明治，內層夾著新鮮爽脆的萵苣，
和刺激口腹的煙燻鮭魚，帶著一點油脂的美味，真的讓人一口接一口。
最後附上湛盧咖啡的菜單，其實照片上應該有點小。未看先猜你們可能不太清楚（涙）
內湖店的湛盧咖啡，空間品質非常優秀，
所以價格上也比其他分店來得貴這點完全可以理解，
也因為空間寬敞，加上附近好停車，也離捷運站近，
往後如果剛好需要空間工作，人又剛好在附近，流氓夫妻會很願意前來。
