墾丁大街上雖然攤販小吃琳琅滿目，但是有許多美食都集中在大街的後半段人潮較少的地方，而「波波廚房（波波披薩）」就是其中之一，也因為皮薄脆香的窯烤披薩多年來深受大家歡迎！相對於墾丁大街只能外帶和快速需求，由老宅改造的恆春店面結合文創藝文，並和集團旗下的沃土義大利冰淇淋、JR自然麵包舖一同打造可以讓旅客可以坐下來享受美食與恆春古城慢步調的藝文空間。而且店面位置就在因電影海角七號的「阿嘉的家」旁，附近靜謐的巷弄風情，讓人忍不住吃飽飯足後在此散步耍悠哉。以 80 多年歷史的荒廢老宅改建，佔地百坪的空間，將 沃土義大利冰淇淋、JR自然麵包舖安排位居 1 樓，而波波廚房在 2 樓，還有結合當地文創，整個空間說不上是哪種設計，卻讓來此享受的你我，感到放鬆不已。而美食是否如你我想像的一樣美味呢？一起進來看看吧～
已在墾丁開業 6 年多的「波波窯烤披薩」創辦人義夫表示希望大家來此除了可以坐下來好好吃段飯，也可以買麵包、吃冰淇淋，又或者只是逛逛也都可以「因為我們不想只賺快速的遊客財，而是希望能與當地更融入，創造出豐富的生活型態。」，造就了如此文化蘊含豐富的餐廳集團。

↓沃土義大利冰淇淋、JR自然麵包舖和波波廚房，以這棟日據時代的兩層平房做改建，保留大部份的建築主體結構和原有的斜屋頂、磨石子牆面與雕花扶手，顯得十分具有時代感。
↓ 「沃土義大利冰淇淋」每日現做的義大利冰淇淋，價位 $80-$150 ，不算特別便宜。我們與朋友好奇之下也點了來吃，或許是我們選擇的口味，但我們覺得並沒有在我們心中留下深刻的印象。

↓「JR自然麵包舖」開放式的廚房根本就是眾人的夢想吧，而每一個擺放在檯面上的麵包飽滿扎實，看起來就很可口。
↓角落展示著香料、食材和雜貨，每樣都看起來精美無比，當然價位也都不算便宜。
↓ 樓梯的後方就是文創和雜貨展示區，而往樓上走則是這次吸引我們前來的「波波廚房」，而我們來的時候恰逢週六，雖然沒有空位，但因為有一組客人取消訂位我們幸運的很快替補上去，所以建議大家要前往務必訂位。
↓「波波廚房」微弱的燈光和一整片的落地窗，創造出的浪漫氛圍，讓靠窗的座位格外搶手。
↓「JR麵包籃 $70」在樓下看到飽滿扎實的麵包就很想嘗試，不餓時點這道實在剛剛好。麵包味道扎實帶軟，不過口感較乾，搭配起司一起吃味道剛剛好。
↓「瑪格麗特披薩」窯烤烤得恰到好處餅皮脆薄香酥，朋友和我們都很滿意，加上滿滿的起司搭配恰到好處的調味，還蠻推薦的呦。
↓「蝦毛豆耳朵麵」新鮮的蝦子可口鮮甜，也貼心的事先去好殼，只是耳朵麵味道麵粉味較重，份量相對較少。
↓飲料我們分別點了「有機博士茶」、「冰迷路鮮奶茶」和「水果西班牙紅酒」而這樣昏黃舒適的燈光特別適合搭配一杯酒，這樣微醺的感覺特別美好，也因為紅酒加入了新鮮水果和冰塊，融去酸澀的口感，口感變得如同果汁般清爽可口（未滿 18 請勿喝酒）。至於茶類的聽朋友講都普通，並沒有特別推薦。
「波波廚房」不虧是窯烤披薩起家的，窯烤披薩特別好吃，不過其他餐點（我們吃到的）相較之下較為普通，建議大家前往之時點選窯烤披薩較為安全。另外因為店內氣氛舒適自在，建議可以點杯酒享受一下喔，不過酒的選項其實沒有很多就是了。但相信大家都是來享受氣氛或放鬆的，所以食物有時候就不一定是主角了，你們說是不是呢？。
