台南在地口味《慶中街綠豆湯》夏日消暑聖品，家常好味道（長榮店）

《慶中街綠豆湯》也可以稱為是郭家綠豆湯，在台南是相當有名氣的，不過雖然一共有九家店，但根據流氓湯及在地人說法，不是每一家都好吃（連鎖店好像都會有這樣的狀況），所以為求保險，總店是最好的選擇，不過很不幸的我們來的這二天總店剛好休息，但我們又意外的在所住的民宿附近碰上他們的長榮分店，就抱著吃看看的態度去試了這家分店的口味，究竟如何，往下來看流氓顆的心得吧！

《慶中街綠豆湯》發源地是在台南中西區的慶中街，漸漸的分店才愈來愈多，目前在台南共有 9 家店，總店是在慶中街 16 號，是台南好吃綠豆湯的前幾名（流氓湯自己的排名），當然這東西口味因人而異的啦。

雖然這家分店的所在位置並不是台南市區熱鬧的地方，不過就在我們內用的期間，其實客人一直都絡驛不絕，但不至於需要排隊。

可以選擇的種類其實很簡單，看你要綠豆、紅豆還是意仁，或是某個東西加薏仁之類的，價格算是中等，價格其實算是中等，不過小杯的綠豆汁和紅豆汁其實蠻大杯的，才 15 元，是頗划算的選擇。

註：「湯」類都會自動幫你加粉角，如果不要可以事先講，或者你想要加點杏仁是不會加價的。

郭字號的綠豆湯已經有很長的一段歷史，而在長榮分店這裡，左邊的店面是製作區，算是很透明的在你面前，完全可以看到他們的製作環境及過程（但也要剛好遇到），店內、店外都有座位，位置算是蠻多的，夏天坐下來好好的喝一碗綠豆湯是非常消暑的啦。

我們四個人分別點了不同的東西，綠豆汁（左上）、紅豆汁（右上）、綠豆湯（左下）及綠豆意仁（右下）。

這紅豆汁與綠豆汁，說穿了就是不加「豆」的湯，但甜度上也會少一點，更為爽口。

綠豆湯則是流氓湯點的（他不愛粉角，所以就不加），他自己原本都是推薦總店，因為每家店的品質控管真的不一，甚至有些分店雖然都是標榜當天鮮煮，不過一吃就覺得是隔夜綠豆湯的味道，而這家長榮分店的綠豆湯，有維持著總店的好味道，所以同樣很推薦。

而綠豆薏仁的味道也相當不錯，粉角其實就是可以說就是粉圓做成大方塊狀的意思，有些人喜歡，有些人覺得還好，就真的看個人喜好，加了薏仁就更退火消暑，完全是夏天清涼聖品，雖然加上薏仁，在湯的部份同樣是較清爽的口感，而不是較濃稠那種湯汁。

以台南來說，綠豆湯普遍在買，不是郭家就是椿之味，但似乎在地人較喜歡慶中街的郭家綠豆湯，依流氓湯的說法，椿之味的湯汁較濃稠，薏仁味較重，不是他愛的口感及味道，雖然流氓顆還沒吃過椿之味，也沒吃過慶中街的總店，但就長榮分店來說，綠豆湯味道真的不錯，特別是綠（紅）豆汁真的 CP 值不錯，下次有經過的朋友肯定要來上一杯，在這熱情的夏天消暑解渴呀！！
