↓還不到中午時間《總經理牛肉麵》店內和騎樓下就已經坐滿人了，而幾乎坐在位置上的人也都在等候上菜。聽流氓湯說以前老闆都可以悠悠哉哉的煮麵和客人聊天，現在老闆看起來已經忙得焦頭爛額了 XD。而聽說《總經理牛肉麵》的老闆葉先生原是製鞋機械廠總經理，因愛煮美食招待朋友，練出好手藝，退休後開店就是因為老闆以前是總經理，這間店就理所當然以此為命名啦！

↓ 店內是用可以重複使用的菜單，菜色主打「藥膳養生」為主，品項非常多從麵類、小菜和火鍋類都有。
↓ 店裡的每一位客人都在等，所以我們就沒等老闆招呼自己找了個空位坐了下來等候。約莫等了 20 分鐘，老闆一邊拍謝一邊熱情的笑著說「來啦～」真是有台南人的熱情與可愛！我們點了「三寶牛肉麵」和「豬三寶麵」。
