因為流氓湯曾在台南待過 10 年加上嘴也頗挑惕的，所以台南有什麼好吃的問他就對了！而每次來到台南夜市必吃的是「紅妃香腸大腸」、「甘記無骨雞爪」和「二師兄滷味」是流氓夫妻心目中的「花園夜市三寶」，而每次推薦或帶親朋好友吃過他們也都覺得好吃！來了花園夜市絕對不要錯過呦！
台南的夜市最知名的就是「花園夜市」和「大東夜市」，而這兩間並不是像台北的夜市一樣天天都有營業，所以去夜市要選對時間以免白跑一趟。
而我們推薦的「花園夜市三寶」其實在兩間夜市都有，所以只要去了不用擔心吃不到！

首先推薦的是「紅妃香腸、大腸」，這間非常熱門，他旁邊的攤子一定會是空的，原因是他們太常有人排隊，所以索性租兩個攤位，另一個攤位拿來給大家排隊！！！（一整個好豪邁啊）
而因為不是台北常見的大腸包小腸，而是香腸、大腸和九層塔一起大火煎過，然後切塊就可以裝盒了。而且料理時間其實蠻快的，所以通常排隊也只要等一下。
煎台前面有一整排的小菜，隨客人喜好挑選！而我們特別推薦「小黃瓜」和「蘿蔔絲」，讓整體味道變得清爽而不油膩，我們拿了超多把原本就已經滿的餐盒塞到爆 XD …

再來要推薦的是「甘記無骨雞爪」，這個和台中的煙薰雞爪的味道完全不一樣呦，相較起來比較沒有那麼濃郁的煙燻味道。
口味很多種，但我個人超推薦的是「蒜味」，搭配雞爪味道超級好吃的！這次要來台南之前，流氓湯還問我最想吃的是什麼？我立刻秒回「蒜味雞爪」！
當然如果你不確定自己喜歡什麼口味，他們也有提供試吃呦。
而我們點的時候剛好老闆娘正在加入「蒜頭」，一盒「無骨雞爪」的蒜量大概就是這樣！！！吃起來超夠味的（夠味道到隔天嘴巴都還有蒜味 XD）哈哈。
而且已經去骨了，只要顧著吃就好不用擔心骨頭的問題！哈哈哈！
買了兩盒回去，現場邊走邊吃就嗑掉一盒，另一盒帶回飯店又繼續邊看電視邊嗑！超享受的啦！
最後，要推薦的是「二師兄滷味」，其實也是很多人都推薦過的夜市必吃。不過因為忘記拍照了，所以就簡單口述嚕！「二師兄滷味」口味偏甜，每次都可以看到一堆人站在攤子前面，賣得種類很多，而推薦的買的是「雞爪」和「棒棒腿」，不過有時候會吃到沒有滷到味道的，就有點運氣運氣，但整體來說還是蠻好吃的。
