遙想以前在慶城街附近上班時，每天跟同事的對話都是：「今天中午吃什麼？」：「不知道啊。」，每天陷入這樣的苦惱中，都差點可以拿出命運輪盤來決定了（笑），以前都只知道慶城街的海南雞飯，現在還多了已經營運超過 50 年，京都人氣拉麵《第一旭》和《穗久彩》可以選擇真是太棒了！
以前雖然天天經過慶城街一號，但是真的很少進去逛過啊，
而沒想到美食街，即將被規劃成「京都圓環」
（你們肯定滿肚子的疑惑，想說是什麼交通工具嗎？）
其實就是引進 8 間京都人氣店，未來在這就可以吃到原汁原味的京都味道啦。

第一間就是知名的《第一旭》和《穗久彩》，在日本雖然是分別的店面，
不過在台灣則規劃為同個店面，連菜單也都是同一張，
如此一來，想吃定食的朋友，又或是想吃拉麵的朋友，都可以一起在這兒享用喔。
店面空間的設計彷彿置身於拉麵店，
也有別於一般美食地下街，點完餐後要自己取餐，
而是服務人員會幫忙送至桌前，不虧是服務至上的日本店家！
不論是想要專注於吃飯的，或者是想要下班後喝上一杯，
吧檯的空間絕對都是最好的選擇（笑）。
拉麵在日本的存在，就如同台灣擔仔麵一樣，
平易近人，且讓人不論天氣炎熱還寒冷，都想要喝上那碗湯。
「京風豚骨醬油拉麵 $160」(小)$
有別於九州濃郁不見底的湯頭，第一旭則是清澈如溪水，
獨特的醬油與豚骨完美融合，搭配一旁鮮綠脆口的台灣蔥（驕傲）是會讓人上癮的味道。
老實說，顆顆吃拉麵並沒有要把湯喝光的習慣，
你們也知道很多拉麵湯頭都有種喝完會得腎臟病的感覺，
至今吃過的拉麵也不少，只有九州的暖暮和第一旭的湯頭，會讓我不知不覺全部喝光光的。
比起肉片拉麵更得我心，喜歡脆硬有勁拉麵的人肯定會愛，
一邊大口吸著拉麵，一邊感受著，似乎也看得到手工甩麵而成的勁味。
店內所有的定食都是出自「穗久彩」，不只受京都當地人歡迎，更是許多藝人指定的便當店，
使用的日本米更是米界的賓利，獲得特A級等級的特選好米，也就是來自三代目俵屋玄兵衛的日本米。
所以喜歡吃飯的朋友，顆顆會非常推薦你們，連我這號稱有麵不吃飯的孩子，
遇上他們家的米飯，也變身成愛吃飯的孩子XDD
「味噌豬排定食 $280」
顆顆和阿湯哥去年前往名古屋圓了想去合掌村的夢想，
當時對於名古屋人愛用紅味噌程度留下了深刻印象XD
（對喜歡清淡的台灣人來說，肯定會覺得他們口味太重。）
但不虧是名牌便當老店，以紅味噌為基底，帶點甘甜的滋味，
淋上豬排後讓皮變得脆中帶軟，更好入口。
顆顆必須再次強調，他們家的米飯兒真的好好吃！

「牛五花定食 $320」
其實原本對這沒有抱太大期待，但竟然成為顆顆人生中最好吃的牛五花！
牛五花說來是道常見的家常菜，但是能夠控制火候之餘味道處理得恰到好處，真的不是師傅級的沒辦法做到，
而且這定食還有我心愛的蔬菜們陪伴，有肉有菜就是我的最愛，哈哈哈。
「燒魚定食 $340」
燒魚能夠做到連外層的魚刺都被烤得脆脆的，真心覺得還蠻美好的，
畢竟顆顆是個懶惰鬼，平常很懶得吃魚，完全只是因為討厭處理魚刺（超任性）。
「唐揚炸雞定食 $240」
唐揚炸雞是日式居酒屋必備配酒的唰嘴零食，除了定食外，店內也可以單點，
比較特別的是炸雞裹粉有個獨特的味道（但我不會形容），
中間的雞腿肉，一咬下就流出汁很嫩。
而且～口感是不需要搭配高麗菜絲，就感受得到的爽脆感！
前面有提到雖然位於美食地下街，但是店內提供完全比照日本京都，
所以居酒屋必備的酒水，穗久彩也特別引進了京都產的日本酒，非常推薦大家喝。
以前喝日本清酒時覺得偏辣口，但來自京都的純米大吟釀口感真的完全不同，
先說我可不是嗜酒如命的人（？），但這酒溫潤順口讓人一口接著一口，
當天這全都是我一個人喝掉的，哈。
