其實這篇文章原本標題是「吃的淨膚雷射 IMEDEEN」，雖然心裡是這麼深信，但俗辣如我擔心這樣下標會被檢舉，所以在發表前改標題XD。雖然我吃過的膠原蛋白並沒有很多種，但是台灣常見品牌普遍心得都是一面倒的沒用，所以我其實有好幾年都覺得這東西都是騙人的啊。膠原蛋白這就跟愛情一樣，不能因為前面遇到都是爛男人，就從此不相信愛情（什麼比喻），當初抱著嘗試心態，真的非常值得！肌膚變得透亮不說，連原本凹陷黑化的眼袋變化都看得出來！只能讓我成為 IMEDEEN 的狂教徒，本篇文章附帶教你們怎麼買最便宜的攻略哦。

我當初買了 25+ 的 IMEDEEN 是桃紅色包裝，第一次看到膠原蛋白專業到有年齡層區分（想想也合理 每個年齡層需要的量又不一樣）
然而這個來自丹麥的品牌，主打純天然萃取自北歐深海魚類的膠原蛋白與人體結構最相似，能夠透過血液前往肌膚的真皮層吸收。
而且此膠原蛋白成分是擁有專利註冊的，也就是說是獨家啦。
相信有在研究膠原蛋白的朋友都知道，人體需要搭配維他命 C 才能夠讓肌膚產生膠原蛋白， IMEDEEN 當中含量由櫻桃果萃取維他命C 。

根據我之前向從事保養品開發十年的朋友請教，關於膠原蛋白是否真正有用，她表示許多膠原蛋白吃了沒有用重點是劑量不夠，至少每天要吃 100 mg 才足夠。
而 IMEDEEN 的吃法是一天兩顆（2 tablets）其中共含有：
- 魚萃取物 Fish extract (Marine Complex) 210mg
- 維他命C VitaminC 60mg
- 輔酶 Zinc 4mg
（所以朋友們手邊的膠原蛋白沒有用或許是劑量的問題，可以先別急著丟掉。）
前面說了這麼多長篇大論，其實只是希望大家在不要把膠原蛋白當成凍齡仙丹（而且效果會依據每個人體吸收而異）。
IMEDEEN 雖然是魚萃取物，但是完全沒有奇怪的腥味，圓形形狀的顆粒狀也很好吞嚥。
膠原蛋白功能很多而顆顆吃了 1.5 個月目前看到改變的有：黑眼圈淡化、皮膚光滑 和 些許的細紋淡化。

在 2017- 11-6 還沒吃之前眼下有很深的凹陷、以及黑到發紅的黑眼圈。
（那陣子因為氣候變化造成鼻翼兩側還漏脂性皮膚炎和生理期痘痘夾擊 超煩）
