高雄舊鐵橋依著高屏溪而生至今已有百年歷史，過去的商業貿易繁華對照如今的生態公園靜謐景象著實不同，因應鐵路電氣化所以建造新鐵橋，舊鐵橋原訂要拆除，但考量到歷史文化價值而被保留下來，雖然看起來依舊健壯不已，但可是國家二級古蹟呢（笑）而在《大樹舊鐵橋生態公園》能享受從舊鐵橋眺望著新鐵橋的火車來往景象實在很迷人，有種世代交替的感覺，雖然追火車景象只有短短 2-3 秒，但刺激又有趣。除了舊鐵橋附近還有一大片草皮和生態公園，也很值得前往探訪！
而雖然看起來是個假日熱鬧的觀光點，但是來訪的幾乎都是高雄在地人，當然也不用擔心停車問題，附近的私人停車場計次收費，距離只有 30 秒。

新舊鐵橋風格迥然不同，舊鐵橋的圓弧鋼鐵為主體結構，並以沉箱搭配紅磚。
當時是高雄與屏東重要的陸上交通聯繫，也有「東洋第一大鐵橋」之稱！
雖然曾因為高屏溪溪水暴漲，而沖毀部分橋墩，但還好搶救回來了（笑）
不然我們哪來的新舊鐵橋可以看呢？
新鐵橋底下也變成最棒的戶外娛樂場所，還有人開著載滿書籍的小卡車，免費提供書籍給這裡的遊客借閱。
這裡一望無際的平緩草原又有橋底下的遮陽處，實在是完美的野餐地點呢！
原以為要等上好一會兒才能看到火車，很快速的捕捉到我們第一張火車行駛照！
原本查到一些資訊是說會收取清潔費，但是實際上只要推開柵門就可以進去了。
人真的蠻多的每張照片都有很大的機會享受與其他陌生人一同入鏡的照片成果。

火車的頻率其實也蠻有趣的，有時候一等個 10-20 分鐘都沒個動靜，有時候是接連著來。
當以為放鬆閒聊的時候一瞬間火車就來了，整個拍攝的時間只有 2-3 秒，其實很刺激！
看著天色逐漸變暗，帶著滿滿的照片和心滿意足的心情，準備回程啦！

因為這次行程比較緊湊，原本一直想從生態公園的另一側（高屏溪畔）拍攝舊鐵橋，不過看來只好下次嚕。
而《大樹舊鐵橋生態公園》真的是一個遠離市區喧鬧，很適合假日來走走拍照的好地方，而且還有廣大的草皮以及豐富的生態，除了探訪新舊鐵橋之美，還可以放放風箏或著野餐應該都是非常不錯的選擇喔！
