上禮拜回婆家，婆婆說最近田裡盛產白蘿蔔，讓我們帶了 10 多條的白蘿蔔回台北。分送給我娘家之後不久，就看到我媽上傳了他們煮了《蘿蔔燉牛腩》這道菜，忽然讓我想起小時候常常吃到這道菜，反倒結婚後就被我遺忘了呢，頓時一陣懷念！決定也來做到這道懷舊家常菜《蘿蔔燉牛腩》來吃吃！這次一樣有拍教學影片，片長才一分鐘就可想而知其實這道菜很簡單易懂啦，請入內觀賞吧♡
《蘿蔔燉牛腩》的食材增減其實也看個人，像是蒜苗和蘋果是我臨時起意加入，也讓味道更豐富呦！至於「滷包」我並沒有另外買，是在市場買牛腩時，有跟攤販講到我是要滷蘿蔔用的，他就拿一包送我了。但如果是去超市買肉的話，可能就要去中藥行另外買滷包嚕。
牛腩在下鍋之前，也可以先川燙過逼出血水，這樣煮出來的《蘿蔔燉牛腩》湯汁會比較乾淨，不過這是看個人習慣要不要做皆可。
蘿蔔燉牛肉食材
- 薑 適量
- 蒜頭 6個
- 蒜苗 1 株
- 滷包 1 個
- 米酒 60 克
- 醬油 260 克
- 冰糖 40 克
- 蘋果 1 顆
- 紅蘿蔔 1-2 條
- 白蘿蔔 1 -2 條
- 牛腩 600 克
- 水 適量
《蘿蔔燉牛腩》真的蠻簡單的，就是一直丟一直丟，然後在放著燉煮，就可以吃個 2-3 餐的。

影片中有提到「滷包」的梗，如果有看「爸爸去哪裡」第一季的，可能就會知道對田亮來說調味有多重要。就是個小笑點啦，哈哈哈…另外，經朋友提醒，我把蒜苗誤認為蔥了XD，因為蔥和蒜苗長得很像，蒜苗比較粗而厚實適合拿來燉煮，蔥的話就比較細白這樣。所以影片內我寫著「蔥」其實是「蒜苗」這樣，顆顆。
這次煮的味道我自己很滿意，因為味道是清爽又好吃！這樣一鍋《蘿蔔燉牛腩》的成本大概 $300 左右，最貴的就是肉和醬油，因為我用的是手工醬油味道特別香也不死鹹！因為醬油也會影響到整體的味道，所以建議也和我們一樣不喜歡過鹹味道的朋友，醬油可以找比較清淡口味的，煮出來會比較符合你想要的。再來就是可以邊煮邊試吃，這對於比較不熟悉掌握調味的朋友來說也是一招！
