最近樂趣就是每天自己料理三餐，雖然自己煮很有成就感，但洗碗真的是一件麻煩事啊，以後一定要買台洗碗機啊（堅定），這幾天很極端前兩道分享是：方便的懶人料理，後面則是適合週末療癒人心的養生補氣雞湯啊。自己煲湯真的是比較需要費心，但雞湯人人愛為了犒賞平日裡辛苦的自己，非常推薦動手做看看。
韓風玉米起司漢堡排 （4人份/20分鐘）
- 食材：豬絞肉 200 克、洋蔥 1/4、大醬醬料 1/2 匙、玉米 2 匙、起司
- 做法：洋蔥和起司切成丁狀，和豬絞肉和其他調料一起攪拌捏成漢堡排形狀即可。
- 適合帶便當、週末才有空的忙碌上班族。
切洋蔥真的很容易淚流滿面，現在一定會乖乖讓洋蔥先泡冰水再切。
這是第三次製作豬肉排類，這次的成果我跟阿湯哥都大滿意，覺得比外面賣的還～要～好～吃。
因為懶得處理調料就順手拿了大醬醬來提味，卻讓整個漢堡排口感變得清新，然後玉米、洋蔥的爽脆感，搭配起司的軟綿！
足以拍胸脯說好吃呢（笑）
甜在心五花肉 （2人份/15分鐘）
- 食材：五花肉一條、洋蔥 1/8 顆、薑些許、花生醬 2 匙（馬克先生）
- 做法：將洋蔥和薑切細長狀，然後再用花生醬均勻抹在五花肉上，放入冰箱 3-4 小時即可拿出來煎。
- 適合回家快速料理。
（這道菜命名這麼特殊，是因為老公大人所命，哈哈哈哈，那我也只好從善如流啦。）
中午花 10 分鐘醃晚上只要從冰箱拿出來煎 5 分鐘就可以上菜，真的超方便哦，然後、然後依我的醬料份量其實足夠醃 2、3 條五花肉啦，大家不用抓這麼滿XDDD
我是基於實驗精神所以才先醃一條，但不是我在吹牛真的超級好吃啊。
尤其推薦大家用馬克先生的花生醬，裡面純正食材只有「有機花生」和「鹽」，加上洋蔥去膩，整個五花肉完全不膩口，口感還點花生的甜脆口感呦。
冬蟲夏草洋蔥雞湯 （10人份/12小時）
- 食材：全雞 1 隻、奶油、洋蔥 1/3 顆、薑些許、冬蟲夏草 30 隻、辣椒 2支、鹽、糊椒些許
- 做法：先大火川燙全雞減少腥味，然後用奶油、洋蔥、薑爆香後，即可將全雞、冬蟲夏草、辣椒、水加入，辣椒放置半小時就可以拿起來。進行 2 小時舒肥（溫控 70 度）讓雞肉肉質軟嫩 ，最後用大同電鍋滾一次持續保溫 10 小時即完成。
- 適合週末養精氣神的療癒食物，哈。
煲湯是一個很需要耐心等待，為了最愛的喝湯，每次都覺得超幸福。
舒肥雖然是近期很流行的一種說法（來自法語「真空」一詞，尤其用在牛肉做出軟嫩的 5分熟啊） ，但這樣的料理方式早就有了，低溫煲湯可以讓雞肉不柴，連我這原本喝湯不吃肉的人，都願意大口吃肉了啊。
怎麼做舒肥呢？
1.可以直接買貴貴的舒肥機，但荷包應該會覺得痛痛的。
2.或者是先買一兩百塊的溫控機+大同電鍋組合而成的簡易版舒肥機，我們是直接把溫控放入湯中偵測溫度的。

非常推薦雞湯加入洋蔥，因為可以解膩，尤其煲湯後有點像是冬瓜味道，如果手邊沒洋蔥也可以找蘋果、柚子等替代，我只是單純想把洋蔥用完而選擇它XD
這次雞湯味道很醇濃，雖然看似浮層油卻很清透的顏色，喝起來卻舒爽的讓人療癒，很適合拿來當運動後的補給，煲湯其實沒有那麼難歡迎大家動手試試看哦！
