↓而平日的下午才近 17:00 就已經不少人在外等候。
↓而這當中也有慕名而來的日本觀光客。
不過這一等可就是 1 小時以上，還真是需要耐心，如果今天是外帶或許流氓夫妻就轉頭走人了。
不過還好這次是內用一邊閒聊著一邊滑滑手機，還算過得去。
↓不瞞您說！當初流氓夫妻看到這價目表，還真的是傻了眼…
怎麼想都覺得很貴，尤其鳳梨炒飯和牛肉炒飯一個價格，也是挺幽默的啊啊
不過就算如此既然都來了，乖乖地跟著點餐就點了「牛肉炒飯 $120」和「蛋包飯 $120」
(備註：很多人推薦「牛肉炒飯」和「鹹魚炒飯」)
而 《民生炒飯專賣店》 賣點就是現炒和不加味精！
↓由於等候時間頗久的，眼看著 10 分鐘過去了還沒有要上菜的跡象
老闆娘走過來推薦是否要吃滷味，就順手點了海帶和豆干，兩樣 $50。
嗯…好吧，人家是專賣炒飯的，小菜類可能不是強項吧！我想！
↓ 大約等了 20 分鐘，先上了蛋包飯！
不過與其說是蛋包飯，不如說是蛋蓋飯，因為是一片蛋蓋在飯上頭。
不曉得大家喜歡的炒飯是怎麼樣的口感？
人家都說最好吃的炒飯要用隔夜米炒，因為會使口感更加清脆唰嘴！
而 《民生炒飯專賣店》的炒飯有確確實實做到這點，也因為是用傳統的黑鐵鍋下去炒，也使得米粒金黃且粒粒分明，真心不騙的好吃！
↓又再等了 30 分鐘 （沒錯！目前為止，總共等了 50 分鐘）
原本的「牛肉炒飯」也因為老闆說不知道什麼時候可以給，所以臨時詢問我們而換成「炒麵」 …
嗯…就說是炒飯專賣店啦！炒麵也不是強項嘛！
↓炒麵的份量不多，就算一個女孩子應該也可以吃得完。
總結而說《民生炒飯專賣店》的炒飯口味真的很特別，經過大火快炒使得米粒外軟內脆且粒粒分明，吃起來真的很唰嘴！
只是排隊要排上 1 小時以上，這真的讓人有點崩潰，加上他們並不是依照點餐順序下去製作，而是現在鍋子做到哪一口味就有哪一口味…
這就讓人好奇那排隊的意義是？而且當中我們也看到有熟人插隊等事件…
最後更是因為對流氓夫妻而言，炒飯是家常菜，想像中價格應該很平民，但以定價來說真的頗高！！
老實說上述加總起來「好吃歸好吃」，但如果要再來吃應該是不太可能了。
