首先想要喝泰式奶茶一定要用泰式茶葉，泡出來的才會是「橘色」的喔！而幾乎網路上一片都是推薦連泰國攤販都愛用的「手標牌」，裡頭的茶葉特別香濃，讓我像是置身於泰國一樣！太棒了！而我嘗試過四種方法泡「泰式奶茶」發現泰式茶的大忌就是用「煮」的，只要一煮就會有澀味（除非你喜歡，那我沒輒）而這個澀味會蓋掉茶香，會變得不好喝；如果你手邊有工具，也可以仿造泰國攤販的做法，將泰式茶裝成茶包，加入熱水浸泡數秒後按壓，這樣就不用反覆過濾，也不失為一個好方法喔。而經過我反覆測試，目前最成功的方法就是用（同一杯）熱水反覆過濾，至於詳細的步驟可以看我的下面的教學影片♡

- 泰式茶葉 30 克
- 熱水 100 克
- 冰塊 150 克
- 煉乳適量 （台式較不甜口感 3 圈，喜歡較甜泰式口感 5 圈）
